Okay, We'll Bite

Alright. You're fishing for a response, here ya go.

Don't worry. All will make sense soon enough.

More of the msn, including "The National Post",  have now commented on the most recent Terry Tremaine decision. And so have our friends and benefactors at Free Dominion.

The reason for this decision, in the minds of the members and promoted by the proprietors of Free Dominion, is starting to become a tired, old refrain:

Newhook: P.O.W (Apparently)

We've noticed that the Canadian section of the Blood & Honour forums has been pretty moribund. However we did check it out a few days and found this gem:

Given the link he has posted, "serb1912" seems to think this is worthy of P.O.W. status in the, "White Nationalist" movement:

Stuff Boneheads Like: Crappy Tattoos

Glenn Bahr improving his body

Before we get to the real purpose of this article, we’d like to point out that if there’s one thing that boneheads the world over love doing (aside from drugs, listening to bad music, committing crimes and having deviant sex with minors), it’s permanently defacing their bodies with hideous tattoos.

MSM Catches Up on Tremaine

We noted this on October 27.

A little over a week later, CTV appears to be among the first of the msm to cover the story.

Not that we want to be critical of the msm, but come on! We're a blog that, according to some sources, no on reads. We shouldn't be able to scoop the big guys.

16-year old charged in Kitchener killing belonged to white supremacist gang

We missed this when it was reported on October 17, but a teenager who was charged with aggravated assault in connection with the stabbing death of 60-year old John Ferreira has been linked to a Kitchener white supremacist gang called True White Boy. The gang had been mentioned in our timeline of racist/WN violence, for a series of assaults that occurred in Kitchener earlier this year, and has also been linked to break-ins and drug and weapons offenses.

Teens admit different roles in killing on Iron Horse Trail

KITCHENER — Two teenagers admitted very different roles Monday in an attack on New Year’s Eve that left a Kitchener man dead and his adult son with a serious neck wound.
As a result, they also face much different consequences for the killing on the Iron Horse Trail near Victoria Park.
Ryan Bates, 18, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and aggravated assault for wielding a knife in a drunken haze. He will now be sentenced as an adult.
The youth who was with him admitted only to two counts of common assault. He was sentenced to time already served, plus two years’ probation.
John Ferreira, 60, was stabbed seven times while out for a walk with his son, Shawn, 35, near their West Avenue home just a few minutes before midnight.

Three new updates to timeline

We're in the process of adding to the timeline with a focus on the 1980s. While we will not be announcing every time we make a change to the timeline, we thought we would in this case.

If our readers have anything that can be contributed to this period, or any other time period, we again invite your input.

Supreme Court: CHRT Can't Impose Costs. Says Nothing About Constitutionality of Sec. 13

A number of bloggers, as we did ourselves, opined that when the Lemire case makes it to the Supreme Court, the financial penalty part would be dropped but that Sec. 13 of the Human Rights Act would be itself found to be constitutional. While we can't be certain how the Court will finally rule when presented with the Lemire case, this recent decision appears to reinforce this belief:

Human rights tribunal can’t award costs: SCC

CHRC Appeal on Tremaine Contempt Decision Successful

Back in November 2010, Terry Tremaine managed to avoid contempt charges due to his violation of the CHRT decision against him as a result of a technicality. That decision was appealed by the CHRC in December. Today, the Federal Court of Appeal overturned the Federal Court's original decision that Terry Tremaine was not in contempt of court for not removing postings and making new ones contrary to the CHRT order against him.  The case has now been returned it back to the Federal Court for sentencing.

The decision wasn't unanimous, but the reasons are provided in an additional document:

Quebec Boneheads. The More Things Change, the More Things Stay the Same

Boneheads in Quebec are, sadly, well represented in our timeline of racially-based violence that we published earlier in the month. One of those individuals, Steve Legault's (on the left in the photo above) name has once again come into focus as well as a few others who have fallen off our radar for a time but who have now caught our attention:

There's Steve, front and center and a member of a bonehead group going by the name, the Ragnarok Skinheads (fyi,"Leon" is René Lariviere lead singer of Vinland Warriors):

We always get a kick out of the melodramatic names these groups give themselves.

And so who are the Ragnarok Skinheads? While there are some who we don't yet know, we actually have managed to figure out more than a few of them in addition to Steve Lavalle:
