Who has been charged AND convicted of attempted murder?
anon #1: Would you have preferred that the video state "charged and/or convicted of.... attempted murder" maybe?
Easy way to solve this problem actually. If you are doing things that may result in being charged with attempted murder, stop doing those things. That way we needn't worry about semantics.
