We learned today that, despite Arthur Topham's hate crimes conviction, his website will remain available online and that he can continue publishing his screeds at least until sentencing takes place in the new year.

While perhaps disappointing in the short to medium term (he also plans on a constitutional challenge which may or may not have traction), we believe that the long term situation won't be particularily favorable to Topham's position.
