EPS Hate Crimes Unit arrest Blood and Honour members
For Immediate Release:17-Apr-2012 @ 9:16 AM
MRU #:12R57
EPS File #:
The EPS has arrested two members and one associate of a white supremacist group for a recent attack on two Edmonton males.
On March 24, 2012, two males were assaulted outside of a Mill Woods liquor store, in a racially-motivated attack.
Members of Edmonton and Calgary police services subsequently executed search warrants at the residence of Kyle McKee, 26, of Calgary, which resulted in the recovery of numerous weapons, including shotguns, ammunition, knives and machetes. McKee is facing 15 weapons-related charges and two assault-related charges.
Bernard Miller, 20, of Edmonton, is charged with one count each of assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
Philip Badrock, 44, of St. Albert, is charged with one count each of criminal harassment and assault causing bodily harm.
Police arrested the three individuals, confirmed to be involved with the white supremacist group, Blood and Honour, following a late-night attack outside of an east Edmonton liquor store, where one of the males was assaulted with a bottle of liquor.
The attacks occurred on the heels of a White Pride Rally held in Edmonton on the same day, March 24, 2012.

If you want the story....
One "bonehead" was jumped by 3 New Canadians, Kyle and 2 others that
were around went in to equalize the situation. Classic S.34 defense.
The non-white hate crime officer wants a notch in his belt.
Yep, it wasn't their fault. It's never their fault.
You know, when a person is arrested as many times as Kyle has been, and when he has openly advocated attacks on minorities, it's really hard to take this very seriously. But let's look at this claim a little more carefully anyways.
The defender of McKee, Miller and Badrock writes they were merely evening the numbers after one of their own was, "jumped." Seems that there were two men who were assaulted, so if McKee and co. were just evening the numbers, then were is the third individual that was part of the original incident?
And then there are those pesky weapons charges. A shotgun? Oh, Kyle, that is in direct violation of the terms of your release. That alone, given your history, could put you away for quite some time.
Now the media is covering this all in more detail. A few selected links follow:
