Get Over Yourself "Travis"

Oh, silly, silly boy.

Your name is Bernie Miller.

Happy?

Hell, we've known who you are, as well as Eric, Bill, Jonathan, Trevor and others, for months.

Did it occur to you that maybe the reason why we haven't written much about you is because there's nothing much to say about you? Sorry, but your significance is pretty much nil at this point.

We do like the Kevin Goudreau avatar though. That sort of made us laugh a little.

Ouch. That'll leave a mark. You know if low self-esteem led him to WN this isn't going to help any.

Well, perhaps we should have said his significance in the White Nationalist movement is pretty much nil at this point. But then I don't think our opinions of Travis will matter much to him.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has recently come to my attention that a right-wing web site named "Blazing Cat Fur", which is well known on the Internet for disseminating racist, homophobic, and Islamophobic rhetoric; is promoting the sale of t-shirts which support Toronto City Councilor Rob Ford's 2010 Mayoral Campaign. The t-shirts in question are apparently emblazoned with the slogan "Vote for Rob Ford - He's Not A Communist". While there is nothing wrong per se with an individual, who is presumably and hopefully acting independently of Rob Ford's Mayoral Campaign, selling t-shirts to promote the election of their preferred candidate for the 2010 Toronto mayoral election; I personally believe that Mr Ford should publicly distance himself from the individual behind the controversial web site in question, who is apparently selling t-shirts on his behalf.
The "Blazing Cat Fur" web site also provides a link to Rob Ford's Mayoral Campaign.

The web site in question was one of the blogs which participated in the highly controversial so-called "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day" earlier this year; in which people were invited to draw cartoons and sketches of the Prophet Mohammed and submit them for online publication. While I am not a Muslim myself, I am aware that depictions of the Prophet Muhammad, the founder of Islam, is considered deeply offensive by Muslims; and it would appear as if the blog in question has been attempting to systematically, deliberately, and continuously denigrate Islam in general and Muslim-Canadians in particular. I personally found the contents of the web site in question to be deeply offensive. As a Canadian, I am deeply disturbed by the way many right-wing American Republican-style web sites tend to vilify and demonize Muslims these days. I have many Muslim friends and peers. Anyway, I just thought you should be aware of this issue. I have taken the liberty of enclosing a link to the web site in question in the text below for your convenience. Perhaps this is something your organization could consider suggesting that the other Mayoral candidates bring up as an issue during the next Mayoral debate?. As you are undoubtedly aware, Mr Ford has been accused in the past of uttering racial slanders, ethnic slurs, and homophobic epithets.

Perhaps Anti-Racist Canada could seriously consider sending out the aforementioned information to all of its members by way of both e-mail and/or a broadcast message
on Facebook and Twitter?. Anti-Racist Canada could also consider staging a protest at some of Rob Ford's upcoming events to protest the fact that he has not yet condemned this Islamophobic website and furthermore continues to allow its hateful owners to sell his campaign swag. Many young people, particularly young Muslims, may be planning to vote for the first time in the forthcoming 2010 Toronto Mayoral election on October 25, 2010; and they should be made aware of this issue. By the way, I do not represent any candidates currently contesting the forthcoming 2010 Toronto Mayoral election. I am a private citizen who is just deeply concerned about Toronto City Councilor Rob Ford's disturbing association with racist, Islamophobes and xenophobes.

I have taken the liberty of providing a link to the web site in question in the text below for your convenience.
