Remember a while back when we were discussing the epic of "Nazi Mom" and "Nazi Dad" of Winnipeg when the lost their two children after repeatedly sending the oldest daughter to elementary school with swastikas and other racist iconography drawn on her body with a Sharpie marker (when she was sent to school, that is, as her attendance was infrequent at best). Remember the efforts to get their children back -- Nazi Mom and Nazi Dad were now separated -- and Paul Fromm's indignation of the rights of these parents were being violated by the state? Remember the protest Paulie organized which drew a grand total of 3 unattractive dolts, and which Paulie himself may not have attended?
Then, there was the testimony which indicated that the racist drawings were the least of the problems. Then there was Nazi Mom who moved out east and couldn't be bothered to attend the custody hearing initially, and when she did go she was arrested for credit card fraud and then gave up her quest for her children. Remember that? And how Nazi Dad tried to claim that saying he couldn't draw racist symbols of his kids was a violation of his right to free expression?
Well, now word that Nazi Dad was arrested some timelate last month. Not yet certain of the charges, though it appears to stem from a case of impaired driving near Selkirk, Manitoba.
The "Master Race" indeed.

We haven't spoken about either "Nazi Mom" or "Nazi Dad" in a while, but since "Nazi Mom" was arrested there hasn't been much to talk about. Until......

WINNIPEG - A Manitoba man says he and his wife were legally exercising their freedom of expression when they sent their daughter to school with racial slogans and symbols written on her skin in permanent marker.
We suppose he hasn't really considered his step-daughter's interests? Hey, if he wants to mark himself up in a way that he can only find employment as a carnival sideshow freak (see Robert Reitmeier as an example) that's his business. But if he thinks that the courts will buy this "freedom of expression" argument, well, he makes a bag of hammers look like a Rhodes' Scholar.
And for not preaching violence? Do you really want us to call you on that lie, "stage"?
In other news, looks like the Aryan Guard is misbehaving in the Bridgeland area of Calgary. We received the following report:
I've heard from some people that live in the area that the boneheads hang out at the Seven Eleven on 1st street and the bonehead with that web tattoo on his neck [Robert Reitmeier] was spotted getting off the 9 coming from Bridgeland downtown. Also, at around mid August I heard about a run in with two nazis that resulted in some pushing. And back in June, myself and a few others followed a few boneheads to Bridgeland and witnessed them buy drugs right off memorial drive, right by some transit cops.
Finally, with the recent ruling regarding section 13, Arthur Topham has been getting a little frisky and has been more vociferous in his efforts to have the complaint thrown out. He's even taken to the airwaves. Well, the Internet Radio "airwaves" in any case. Below is an email he sent out to his supporters regarding a recent interview:

And who is the good pastor? Why, he's the head honcho of the Church of the Restoration of True Israel, a Christian Identity cult:
Christian Identity is a religious ideology popular in extreme right-wing circles. Adherents believe that whites of European descent can be traced back to the "Lost Tribes of Israel." Many consider Jews to be the Satanic offspring of Eve and the Serpent, while non-whites are "mud peoples" created before Adam and Eve. Its virulent racist and anti-Semitic beliefs are usually accompanied by extreme anti-government sentiments. Despite its small size, Christian Identity influences virtually all white supremacist and extreme anti-government movements. It has also informed criminal behavior ranging from hate crimes to acts of terrorism.
And Free Dominion, Israel's "best friend in Canada," is championing Mr. Topham? Interesting.

WINNIPEG - A Manitoba man says he and his wife were legally exercising their freedom of expression when they sent their daughter to school with racial slogans and symbols written on her skin in permanent marker.
The man, who cannot be identified under provincial law, says Manitoba Child and Family Services violated his charter right to free expression when workers seized the girl and a younger brother from the family home last year.
"The state intervened to stop the respondent and his wife from expressing themselves to their children in a certain way and to stop the children from being the recipients of this expression," the man's lawyer, Catherine Dunn, wrote in newly filed court documents.
The case, which has made international headlines since the children were taken last year, is drawing to a close following witness testimony in the spring. Final arguments are scheduled for Sept. 25, and both sides have deposited written submissions with the Court of Queen's Bench.
The government, which is seeking permanent guardianship of the children, argues the Charter of Rights and Freedoms does not allow parents to mark their children with controversial slogans.
"It is submitted that an attempt to convey meaning by using another person's body without his or her consent falls outside of the scope of expression that is protected (under the charter)," writes government lawyer Deborah Carlson.
Child welfare workers were called to the girl's elementary school after she showed up one morning with her skin covered in markings. They testified that in subsequent interviews, the girl casually and frequently used racial slurs to describe blacks, Asians, aboriginals and other minorities.
One worker told the court the girl calmly described how black people could be killed with a ball and chain, and that people who are not white should be shipped to other countries.
When investigators visited the family home, they found neo-Nazi paraphernalia. They also testified the couple were poor parents who worked infrequently and neglected the children, leaving their son in filthy diapers and failing to wake up early enough to bring their daughter to school on many occasions.
The racism concerns were only part of the reason for the children being taken, the government says.
"The respondent's charter argument is little more than a red herring, meant to deflect the court's attention from the respondent's inability to adequately parent (the) children," writes Kris Jonovcik, lawyer for Child and Family Services.
The couple, who are now separated, deny being poor parents. They say they taught their children to be proud to be white, but never preached hatred toward other races. They also say they provided the kids with food, shelter and love.
The mother accuses child welfare workers of putting words in her daughter's mouth.
"They intervened in our life based on politics and they heard stories from a ... girl who was probably terrified and who probably still is, and they put horrific words in her mouth," writes the mother. "Our home was by no means perfect ... but our children were never in danger."
The case has seen dramatic twists and turns. The mother, who now lives in another province, did not initially attend court, saying she couldn't afford to. When she eventually showed up, she was arrested on charges of credit-card fraud.
When the father testified, he admitted using Nazi salutes, telling his children that white people should not have children with people from other races, and telling them that non-whites belong in other countries. But he said his beliefs do not amount to racism, and maintained he never preached violence.
So "Nazi Dad" believes that drawing on his step-daughter is a form of free expression protected by the Charter of Rights, does he? Hell, based on that logic he should be able to tattoo his step-daughter on her forehead with a swastika. We suppose he hasn't really considered his step-daughter's interests? Hey, if he wants to mark himself up in a way that he can only find employment as a carnival sideshow freak (see Robert Reitmeier as an example) that's his business. Dear Radical Reader,
Below is an interview with myself and Pastor Eli James of the Christian Identity movement in the U.S.A. recorded on the 9th of September, 2009.
The purpose of the interview was to discuss the current sec. 13(1) "hate crimes" laws now playing themselves out in Canada and more specifically the repercussions arising from the recent Hadjis ruling in the Lemire Decision of September 2, 2009. The effects of this landmark decision upon the case of Harry Abrams & the League for Human Rights of B'nai Brith Canada v. Arthur Topham and RadicalPress.com was of course a part of the overall discussions as well as the perspective of Pastor Eli as it applied to the Christian Identity movement in the United States and their own struggles to stem a similar attempt by another tentacle of B'nai Brith International – the ADL or Anti-Defamation League of B'nai Brith in the USA.
Due to a technical problem (I had trouble making a phone connection with Pastor Eli as a result of the phone card I was using) the first 20 minutes or so is taken up with Pastor Eli discussing the issue of freedom of speech connected with comments on an article from the National Post that discussed the Hadjis ruling of Sept. 2.
The full interview runs for over an hour though and highlights some of the similar challenges faced by both our respective countries in terms of fighting this pervasive attempt by the Zionist-Jews, aided and abetted by the powerful Zionist-Christian elements within the states and Canada, to control our basic human right to freedom of speech and freedom of the Internet.
As always feedback is appreciated.
Shine your Light for Love, Peace & Justice for All,

Criticism of Bill Noble on Stormfront? Say It Ain't So!
Bill Noble likes to style himself as an intellectual in the "White Nationalist" movement. So when asked to do an interview with CTV Winnipeg, Billy leaped at the opportunity:
Interestingly, Noble's media appearance did not meet with universal approval:
Blitzkrieg 1942 (July 2, 2009): Why pretend you are a "leader" in the movement?.And we all know you dont have a fraction of those numbers. These media hounds make us all look bad.
and later, when challenged by Stormfront Canada moderator OdinPatrick and another poster:
Blitzkrieg 1942 (July 2, 2009): No not cause division. Just pointing out that his numbers are way off. And why would someone who claims not to be a citizen, even speak to the media.I find it embarrassing that this guy speaks for W.N's. Claiming to have thousands of people
Because you think he believes himself to have a private army at his beck and call?

Im shaking in my boots
Im shaking in my boots
Of course "Blitzkrieg 1942" was roundly criticized by the other posters and his views were not in the majority. However we do find it interesting that OdinPatrick, a man who claims to support freedom of speech, felt so nervous about the thread started by Blitzkrieg 1942 that he moved it to the Sustaining Member's forum. There, Noble himself decided to chime in on the discussion:
Leto Atreides II (July 2, 2009): They chopped up that interview quite severely. I estimated thousands of WN across Canada and perhaps hundreds per province. They reduced that to 'hundreds in Manitoba'. I also specified that many WNs were geared towards taking back all formerly White countries, while others like myself favor a breakaway state. They made it sound like most WNs prefer a breakaway state. Talking with MSM types is always a gamble... Interestingly enough, they asked a sketchy question along the lines of "... Could you tell us what you are not?" I pointed out how broad the query was, and they beat around the bush some more. I cut to the chase and told them point blank that I was a National-Socialist - but I stressed that many, if not most, White Nationalists were not necessarily National-Socialist. In retrospect, I'm surprised they didn't jump at the opportunity to point out that I was a 'self-confessed Nazi' or something along those lines. Approximately half our conversation - the second half - was me describing in detail examples of how the media tended to distort things when discussing White Nationalism. I wonder if the verbal whipping I delivered might not explain a) how little of the interview they ended up using and b) the apparent restraint in doing a thorough butchering of the whole thing. Yes, they did butcher it, but it could have been ten times as bad without too much effort on their part.
So Noble doesn't like the mainstream media filtering his message? We wouldn't normally link to a bonehead's rant, however we would like our readers to see how Noble appears when he's unfiltered:
We have to give Billy some credit where credit is due. He does a pretty good impression of this guy:

but his voice sounds like this guy:

Wait a Moment! Did Fromm Even Attend His Own Protest?
We had fun ridiculing Paul Fromm's utter and complete failure in organizing the protest in support of the 'Nazi Mom' on June 23 in Winnipeg. The arrest of 'Nazi Mom' on fraud charges and her subsequent request for her children to remain in foster care only made the situation more comical.
In fact, it all might even be more funny.
When the media reported that only three individuals showed up at the protest, we at the ARC Collective (bad ass!) made certain assumptions. One assumption that we made was that 'Nazi Mom' was in the court house. A second assumption that we made was that Paul Fromm accompanied her.
However, the media had stated that only the immediate family and the media were being permitted to attend the court proceedings.
Is it possible that Fromm didn't show up to a protest that HE organized?
If that's the case, then that comedy of errors is truly complete.
And in yet another indication of just how unified the "White Nationalist" movement really is, here is a comment left on our blog by someone posting using John Marleau's online pseudonym jagermeister88:
Who cares about this? Good ridance to her. WP or not she is a jackass and a fraud
Keep in mind that only a few short weeks ago 'Nazi Mom' considered Marleau to be "her brother."

Nazi Mom Gives Up
We wonder what Paul Fromm, someone who has invested a great deal of time and energy fighting the good fight as he saw it, feels about this?
The mother of two children seized by social workers after her daughter went to school with white supremacist symbols on her body pleaded with the court on Friday to let her kids stay in foster care.
The woman took the stand in Winnipeg, as part of a high-profile custody battle that comes a day after she was arrested for an alleged credit card fraud.
Appearing in court in shackles without any legal representation, she said her estranged husband who is fighting for custody isn't fit to be a parent. She told the hearing that he drinks, often in the car, and has been suicidal.
She said that earlier this year, he put a knife to his throat and threatened to kill himself in front of her. She recalled how she once came home from work to find a babysitter caring for the children -- while their father was passed out drunk and naked in the bathroom.
She has also testified that, earlier this year, her husband lost his security job in a bar when he used a racial slur against a customer.
"I don't think he is capable of caring for the children," she testified. "I believe they are safest ... right now."
The Winnipeg woman spent the night in remand jail after she was arrested on Thursday and charged with two counts of credit card fraud, two counts of impersonation and one count of mail theft, said CTV Winnipeg's Kelly Dehn.
The charges against her stem from allegations she applied for a credit card in her mother's name, then applied for a second card in her own name, and allegedly racked up $22,000 in charges.
"The woman made bail this morning, and the lawyer who represented her at the bail hearing doesn't think it will affect the outcome of the CFS (Child and Family Services) trial," said Dehn.
Her testimony on Friday was unexpected, and left little time for her to be cross-examined. She told the court she needed to appear right away, because her bail conditions dictate she must return to her home out of province immediately.
During the custody hearing the woman's mother testified that she was told she would be held responsible for the debt unless she pressed charges against her daughter, which she did.
Dehn said the woman is expected to be released on bail after she meets conditions set by the Crown.
The children were taken from the woman last year after the daughter came to school adorned with the racist symbols.
Manitoba's Child and Family Services is attempting to get permanent custody of the girl and her younger brother. Social workers are concerned the children were being subjected to racist teachings and drug and alcohol abuse at home.
During the custody hearing, one social worker testified the girl had described how to kill black people using a ball and chain.
The mother of the children has been attending the hearings intermittently, and denies being a racist.
The estranged father has said his daughter got her racist ideas from "gangster rap" played at her school and accused his wife of being a Nazi -- an ideology he said he used to subscribe to as well.
The father also claims his right to freedom of expression is being violated. He is expected to appear in court next week.
With a report from CTV Winnipeg's crime reporter Kelly Dehn
Earlier today, the news of 'Nazi Mom's' arrest reached Stormfront. And, surprise surprise, the boneheads who post there tried to spin it in the most clumsy way imaginable:Now, as funny as that was, get this:
Uhm, actually none of us have been convicted of a crime. And we suspect that most people reading this haven't been convicted of a crime, unless one count's traffic violations. Ironically, Jesus was convicted of a crime, hence his execution (hey, we never said the conviction), but we digress.
This is how these people think. However, and much to our surprise, Bill Noble actually offers an interesting perspective:
Actually, we suspected something was funny as well. 'Nazi Mom' wrote the following Facebook profile update on Wednesday before her arrest:
['Nazi Mom'] is sorry for causing all the bullshit... «ben and «i are working things out... he is not a woman beater that was a fucking misunderstanding that was cleared up by parties involved. We are in love, that is all. Again I apologize to everyone most espescially Ben. And Craig, I would never do porn with you... or anyone else for that matter... thanks... my feet are for Ben. I LOVE MY FROG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Messed up? We'd say so.
Let's all hope that this is an opportunity for the two children to be able to lead normal lives.

Final Nail in the Coffin For 'Nazi Mom'?
We don't belive much commentary is needed for this:
Mother in racism custody case arrested, charged with fraud
Last Updated: Friday, June 26, 2009 12:33 PM CT
The mother in a controversial Winnipeg custody trial, involving a girl who was sent to school with white supremacist symbols drawn on her skin, has been arrested.
The mother has been in jail since Thursday, charged with a number of fraud-related crimes.
The news came just as the custody hearing was set to resume with lawyers for Child and Family Services wrapping up their case.
According to court documents obtained by CBC News, the mother is accused of stealing her own mother's credit card last fall and racking up charges of more than $20,000. It is also alleged that she impersonated the woman for a few days last October in order to commit the fraud.
The court was working Friday morning to get the mother transferred from the remand centre to the courthouse. The judge in charge of the hearing wants the mother present.
Earlier this week, the mother made her first appearance at the hearing, which began in May and ran a couple of weeks before breaking in early June and resuming this week. She does not have a lawyer and told reporters she hoped she would be able to defend herself and make a case for getting her children back.
Mother emotionally a teenager: psychologist
On Wednesday, a psychologist at the hearing told the court the mother has the emotional age of a 14-year-old. None of the people testifying can be identified in order to protect the identities of the children.
The mother no longer lives in Manitoba and didn't attend the first weeks of the hearing because she said she didn't have the money to travel.
The custody case has garnered international attention and sparked debate over how far parents can go to instill beliefs in their children — and how far the government should go to protect children from those beliefs.
Manitoba Child and Family Services is trying to gain permanent custody of the girl and her younger brother over concerns about alleged racist teachings, drug and alcohol abuse in the home.
The children were taken from their home in March 2008 when the girl, now eight years old, went to school with a swastika drawn on her arm. Her teacher scrubbed it off in the afternoon, but the girl showed up again the next day with another one, along with other white supremacist symbols drawn on her body.
Family services caseworkers were alerted and went to the family's apartment, where they found neo-Nazi symbols and flags, and took custody of the couple's two-year-old son. CFS officials picked up the daughter at her school.
The parents, who are now separated, are also accused of failing to provide adequate care for their children. Lawyers and social workers have told court there were problems related to drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, criminal behaviour and mental health problems.
Parents separated, each seeking custody
The parents — the girl's biological mother and stepfather — are each seeking custody of the children. The stepfather — who is the boy's biological dad — has launched a constitutional complaint, saying social workers violated his freedom of expression, religion and association by apprehending the children.
Social workers told court last month the girl was well versed in racist and hateful propaganda and also provided graphic suggestions of how to kill people. One social worker also testified the girl spoke about people of other races and how they should all be dead because this is a white man's world.
The girl also told social workers that she was missing school because her mom and stepfather didn't wake her up on time. She said they would often be drunk and forgot to change her brother's diaper.
The children have been living in a foster home with their aunt. The girl has shown great progress, is getting along with everyone in school and has a perfect attendance record, court has been told.
The lawyer for the girl’s stepfather was cross-examining social workers on Friday morning in an attempt to expose gaps in how CFS investigated the family and determined the children should be taken. The father is expected to take the stand in his own defense later in the afternoon.

Paul Fromm Protest: Fail
So hey, Paulie. How've you been? Heard that you were organizing a protest in support of the 'Nazi Mom' and, to a lesser degree, 'Nazi Dad.' How'd that go for you?
Planned protest fizzles
By: Lindor Reynolds23/06/2009 5:03 PM
Oh, that doesn't sound so good. Well, you won't mind if we add our own bit of commentary to the article, right Paulie?
A planned protest by a Winnipeg group linked to white supremacy fizzled Tuesday morning when only three of the group’s supporters showed up.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! THREE PEOPLE? YOU COULDN'T GET MORE THAN THREE PEOPLE? Christ, that's almost as bad as Murphy's rally a few years ago when he was the leader of the Manitoba chapter of the WCFU! Three? Really? So, how emasculated do you feel right now Paul?
They were vastly outnumbered by media and counter protestors who gathered in front of the Law Courts Building.
Oh god. This is too funny for words!
The rally was intended to show support for the mother of two children seized by CFS after the daughter was sent to school with Nazi symbols inked on her body.
And you did a bang up job of that Paulie!
Child and Family Services is seeking a permanent order of guardianship for the girl and her younger brother. The agency seized the children following the school episode and have argued in court that the parents’ racist views amount to emotional abuse and put the children at risk.
"Children are always better off with their parents," said protester Margaret Feakes. "It doesn’t matter their religion or politics or whatever. If the children are clothed and well fed they should stay. It’s just another freedom being taken away."
Hey, did the mother even show up for her own protest? We think she may have. Since we're feeling so sorry for Paulie right now, we will say that 4 people showed up. Maybe.
The protest was organized by the Canadian Association for Free Expression (CAFE). Director Paul Fromm issued a statement calling the seizure of the children "the state kidnapping of the children of dissidents."
Or they're terrible parents.
In a telephone interview, Fromm said his group has 50 supporters in Winnipeg.
Oh no! Milk came out of our nose on that one! We didn't think that could actually happen! We can hardly breath! Jesus this is funny stuff!
He denied they are white supremacists, insisting they simply support freedom of speech.
Come on Paulie. No one is buying what you're selling.
However, Fromm has been called a neo-Nazi due to his links with far-right political parties and Holocaust denial.
Perhaps because he is one too?
CAFE has been vocal in what it sees as injustices against whites in the Canadian system, has argued that the law does not robustly defend the free speech of whites, and is too weighted towards minorities. The group is a signatory of the New Orleans Protocol, indicating a kinship with white nationalism.
Didn't Kevin Strom sign that document as well?
Counter protestor Cynthia Wolfe-Nolin said she believes in freedom of speech but doesn’t think the children should be kept in a home where they are taught to hate minorities.
The biological father of the girl, who has not seen the child in years, said yesterday that if he’d known the white supremacists were outside the court building he "would have kicked their (expletive) asses."
Helmut-Harry Loewen, a sociology professor specializing in hate crimes, said CAFE was simply trying to use the mother as "a poster girl" for the far right.
He said Fromm is "trying to re-energize a lost cause."
We think that this proves that Paulie is a lost cause. Is there a Viagra powerful enough to pump up his reputation and ego to what it was before?
A visibly upset Margaret Feakes left the Law Courts building after being denied entrance to the courtroom where the hearing is being held. Only immediate family and the media are allowed in.
"The world is watching this," she said. "I can’t believe it’s a closed hearing. I can’t believe this is going on in Canada."
No they aren't! Iran? Yes, the world is watching. Neo-nazi parents in a custody case? Sorry, not happening. We're watching, but mostly to laugh at them and since no one reads us (according to the FreeDom folks) that's even colder comfort. Hell, more of the world is interested in "Jon & Kate Plus 8" right now. Perspective people, perspective! Besides Margaret, this isn't about you and your needs.
Two police officers on bicycles were on hand to quell any possible clashes but left shortly after the scheduled start time of the protest.
And there's the kicker. The police left because they were bored.
Congratulations Paulie. You've proven yourself to be less than significant. Epic fail son. Epic fail.
Wow. the master race has really let it's self go.

Nazi Parents Update: Oh, Paulie Isn't Going to Like This
Paul Fromm has been a vocal supporter of the "Nazi Mom" and "Nazi Dad" in their efforts to have their children returned to them. We know that he has been planning a protest for some weeks. Now the mainstream media has caught wind:
White supremacists plan protest
By: Staff Writer

Police said Monday they know of plans by a white supremacist group to hold a protest this week at the Law Courts Building.
However, a police spokeswoman said there have been no parade permits granted to hold an event there.
The police spokeswoman also said they attend as needed for security.
The Canadian Association for Free Expression sent a notice out to media Monday announcing the protest.
The organization also supports Ernst Zundel, a former Canadian resident and Holocaust denier, who is currently in jail in Germany for hate speech. Tuesday, the trial over two Winnipeg children at the centre of a heated custody dispute resumes.
The children were removed from their parents in 2008 after the girl showed up at her Winnipeg school with neo-Nazi markings.
Court has heard the children’s father and mother are both supporters of the white nationalist, or white supremacist, movement.
The province’s Child and Family Services are arguing the now estranged mother and father of the children are unfit parents, in part due to their beliefs.
Without a doubt Paulie is going to cry slander much as he does when anyone in the media accurately describes the people who associate with Fromm and his various front groups as white supremacists. However it really doesn't help your case when your protest is being promoted on the Internet's preminent White Power websites by an admitted National Socialist:

So How's the Custody Hearing For 'Nazi Mom' and 'Nazi Dad' Going?
Well, we'd have to say poorly:
On June 1 'Nazi Mom' and Paul Fromm appeared on "The John Oakley Show," a Toronto call-in radio program. And both "Alice" and Fromm proceeded to shovel it as high as they could. To his credit, the host didn't seem to buy 'Nazi Mom's' claims. However, we have to say that we're concerned about Paulie. Listen to him speak. Now, we could be wrong, but it sounds as if he's either had a stroke or has taken up drinking.
Are you okay Paul? You don't need an intervention, do you?
UPDATE: This is why you can't have an intelligent conversation with a bonehead. The following was posted by "White Power Toronto":
Sup niggas?
Allow me to share with you a quote from one of your own blog postings:
"Now, we on the other hand have pretty darn good intel"
Let me ask you tools a question: if your "intel" is "pretty darn good", how come you don't know Nazi mom's real name? Also, what would you be willing to offer for her real name and photos of her?
You mean the photos we have of her and her now estranged husband at the March 21, 2008 Aryan Guard march in Calgary? Or her picture from the Blood and Honour Forums. Or the pictures from her Facebook account?
And you do know what a publication ban is, right?
In other words, we know both the names of 'Nazi Mom' and 'Nazi Dad.' We also know that you're a blithering idiot, but it's equally nice to know that you seem willing to sell out one of your own for the right price. Now that's the kind of unity we've come to expect and rely on in the "White Nationalist" movement.

Chickens Coming Home to Roost for 'Nazi Mom' and 'Nazi Dad' in Custody Case
'Nazi Mom' continues to backtrack from earlier comments. Today, new revelations (new to the uninitiated that is) revelations of 'Nazi Mom's' and 'Nazi Dad's' past emerged in the pages of "The Globe & Mail":
Winnipeg — From Thursday's Globe and Mail, Thursday, May. 28, 2009 05:04AM
However, through the magic of the "wayback machine" one can read all of the "jokes" that 'Nazi Mom' was talking about.

We took a number of screen shots, however if you're interested in reading the views of 'Nazi Mom' and 'Nazi Dad' feel free to click on the following links:

and

and more, but we think this is more than enough.
And remember that 'Nazi Mom' characterized this website as, "a joke." Doesn't seem very funny to us.
The couple who sent their seven-year-old daughter to school with white supremacist slogans drawn on her skin once set up a pro-skinhead website that was the subject of a criminal complaint.
Now deleted, the website aimed to attract skinheads interested in “looking out for each other and helping to cleanse the area we live in,” according to a statement on the homepage.
The girl's mother says the website “was a joke” and has repeatedly denied allegations that she preached hate to her daughter and two-year-old son. The province of Manitoba seized both children last year shortly after the daughter was sent to school with a swastika and white supremacist slogans on her ski and is seeking permanent custody in a Winnipeg court.
No one involved in the case can be identified under Manitoba law.
Social workers have testified that during interviews with the girl she spouted racial epithets and said “What people don't understand is that black people should die.”
The mother said she believes social workers coaxed her daughter into uttering the statements. “My daughter would never say anything like that,” she said in an interview.
The website, however, suggests the couple were fluent in such language.
Song lyrics on the site advocate hatred of Jews, blacks and gays.
The lyrics also glorify General Heinz Guderian, father of the German army's Second World War blitzkrieg tactics.
In the site's “Rants” section, diatribes target the mentally challenged and aboriginals.
Ottawa human-rights lawyer Richard Warman lodged a criminal complaint regarding the site in 2005. “I think it's regrettable that charges were never laid in 2005 which might have avoided this whole debacle now,” he said in an e-mail.
In an interview Wednesday, the mother – who is now living outside Manitoba and has not attended the custody hearing – admitted the couple created the site, but closed it shortly after police came knocking. “We were investigated for that one,” she said. “They took me in one room and [the father] in another.”
She is also an avid commenter on Web forums at Resistance.com, a “pro-white” site, where she has posted comments expressing hatred of Jews.
But the mother insists her indelible online fingerprint can be misunderstood without context.
“A skinhead is just a working-class white person,” she said, referring to the roots of skinhead culture in England during the 1950s. “Just because some skinheads want to go gay-bashing doesn't mean we all do it.”
She has been an self-professed skinhead from age 11 and said she remains one today despite her kids being taken away.
She said that throughout high school, she buried her nose in law and history books, studying the legal implications of her beliefs. She said she may have let racist remarks slip in front of her children from time to time, but said it was never with malicious intent.
“I might have come home and said something like ‘That stupid nigger at 7-Eleven asked me for ID again and now I've got to go back,'” she said. “Or it could be like, one of my best friends, I make fun of him for being a Pollack. He calls me a Scottish bitch, you know.”
While she moderates her own views, she said she can't speak on behalf of her husband. The couple separated soon after Child and Family Services took their children away.
“We've had several arguments on politics,” she said. “I have said to him ‘You're a bigot.'”

Nazi Mom and Nazi Dad Are Classy
So far we've learned Child and Family Services in Winnipeg have alleged that 'Nazi Mom' and 'Nazi Dad' taught their children overt hatred of other races and that some races should be exterminated. So 'Nazi Mom' and 'Nazi Dad' have done what any parent would have done in their situation. They publicly labeled an 8 year old girl as a chronic liar:
A young girl's head was shaved, and her parents described themselves as a skinhead family, court was told on Day 2 of a child custody hearing in Winnipeg.
Caseworkers were alerted and went to the family's apartment, where they found neo-Nazi symbols and flags, and took custody of the couple's two-year-old son. CFS officials picked up the daughter at her school.
On Tuesday, another social worker testified about her first meeting with the parents — about three weeks after the two children were apprehended.
Then she met the girl, who the social worker described as bright and articulate, even chatty. They met in the girl's new foster home, where the girl was eager to show off her room, and her brother's toys.
Testimony from child welfare officials and lawyers will continue through the week.
We were struck by this comment that was apparently attributed to 'Nazi Mom':
Parents put blame on daughter for racist remarks, custody hearing told
A young girl's head was shaved, and her parents described themselves as a skinhead family, court was told on Day 2 of a child custody hearing in Winnipeg.
The case involves a girl, now eight years old, who went to school with white supremacist symbols drawn on her skin. Her mother and stepfather, who are accused of racist teachings and failing to provide adequate care for their children, began a court battle for their children this week.
The girl and her brother have been in the care of the government's Child and Family Services agency since March 2008, when the girl showed up in school with a swastika on her arm.
Her teacher scrubbed it off in the afternoon but the girl showed up again the next day with another one, along with other white supremacist symbols drawn on her body.
Neo-Nazi symbols and flags in family residence
Caseworkers were alerted and went to the family's apartment, where they found neo-Nazi symbols and flags, and took custody of the couple's two-year-old son. CFS officials picked up the daughter at her school.
The case has garnered international attention and sparked debate over how far parents can go to instill beliefs in their children — and how far the government should go to protect children from those beliefs.
On Monday, the social worker who initially interviewed the girl after she was taken into care testified the child was well versed in racist and hateful propaganda. None of the CFS workers can be identified in order to protect the identities of the children.
The girl spoke of this being a white man's world and provided graphic suggestions of how to kill people of colour, the worker testified.
Girl famous for lying: parents
On Tuesday, another social worker testified about her first meeting with the parents — about three weeks after the two children were apprehended.
They told the social worker their daughter often makes things up, and was famous for lying, the worker testified. The parents also said the girl had likely drawn some of the symbols on her body herself.
When the social worker asked why the girl was able to talk about certain things, like hurting people or killing people of colour, the stepfather said it was probably something she'd heard in a private conversation and was probably a joke, the hearing was told.
According to the social worker, the mother said she had no idea why her daughter would refer to them as skinheads.
But the social worker said extended family members later told her that the parents had shaved their heads, and the little girl's, and described themselves as a skinhead family.
Girl said stepdad brought in neo-Nazi views
Then she met the girl, who the social worker described as bright and articulate, even chatty. They met in the girl's new foster home, where the girl was eager to show off her room, and her brother's toys.
The girl told the social worker that her mother used to read her stories but had stopped when she met and married a new man, the social worker testified.
"She was not a nice mommy anymore," the social worker quoted the girl as saying.
The girl said she started missing school because her mom and stepdad didn't wake her up on time. She told the social worker that her stepfather made the rules in the house, that he was angry and would get drunk, and that he didn't make meals, or change her brother's diaper often enough.
The girl said she used to have non-white friends before her stepdad came along, but after he was in her life, the girl's mother told her, "If you have a friend who's not white, I won't be your mom anymore," the social worker testified.
Parents separated, each seeking sole custody
Testimony from child welfare officials and lawyers will continue through the week.
The hearing will adjourn but resume in June, when lawyers for the parents will make their arguments.
The parents no longer live together, and each has asked for custody of the children. The girl's mother is not living in Manitoba anymore and has not been in court. Her lawyer's request for an adjournment Monday morning was rejected.
She has said she can't afford to travel but will attempt to when the parents have an opportunity to make their case next month.
The stepfather is in court and has filed a constitutional challenge, saying his right to freedom of expression, religion and association were violated when the children were apprehended.
The girl's biological father has also been attending the hearing, sitting in the gallery and watching the proceedings. He told CBC News he hopes the children's best interests won't be overlooked in the rhetoric of political ideology.
Like we said, classy. We were struck by this comment that was apparently attributed to 'Nazi Mom':
According to the social worker, the mother said she had no idea why her daughter would refer to them as skinheads.
You see, we have to say we're confused by this because 'Nazi Mom' wrote the following message when challenging the mother trying to save her son who had become involved with the Aryan Guard:keep digging a hole you little cock sucker... you're clearly a fucking anti or commie scum... why don't you get your fucking facts straight before you start shit... i will have this group shut down before you can blink you littel cunts Paul Fromm is like a father to me and john is my brother through an through you little fucks want to come out? you have the balls to say this shit to any of us?? I'll give you one chance before I show you what the WN community is made of... come and fucking get it you little bitches!!!
and
you know what... I would be very cautious of what you say.... run and hide... you lying sacs of shit... I see a rock in the corner for you to go crawl under... maybe if you crawl far enough under I might not be able to boot fuck you for shit talking my dad and brother!!! be fucking afraid!! we are not people to be fucked with!!!
And, when someone asked if this was an example of their claims to be against violence, 'Nazi Mom' wrote:
seriously... we're fucking skinheads!! who said we were non violent... we're not hippie pieces of shit we actually fight for what we know is right!!
We've been led to believe that the appropriate screen shots have been saved so we're going to work on retrieving them. Sadly when people think "skinhead" now too many think of boneheads, and 'Nazi Mom' and 'Nazi Dad' are both boneheads.
Of course real skinheads are not fascists. For a history of the REAL and LEGITIMATE skinhead movement before the image was co-opted by boneheads, follow these links:
We're also sure that some of our readers will also provide helpful links. We're sure the fine folks with Toronto SHARP can also set anyone straight concerning the real history of skinhead culture.
But back to the point, considering 'Nazi Mom' admitted to being a skinhead (a racist one) we wonder who the liar is? Is the daughter a liar or is mommy?
We've made our choice.

Winnipeg Nazi Mom and Alicia Reckzin: This Should Be Fun to Watch
Most of our readers are probably aware of the the "Nazi mother" from Winnipeg who's children were removed from her and her then husband's home by Child and Family Services soon after her return from Calgary in March. "Nazi Mom" and "Nazi Dad" had been attending the Aryan Guard's "White Pride" march that month. Due to the publication ban we can't name the two parents involved, however the American-based One Peoples' Project ran a story today which provides more information. "Nazi Mom" has claimed that she's not an advocate of racial hatred, however her posts as Aryanprincess1488 would beg to differ with that claim.
Yesterday the CBC ran a story on their website discussing the case as it stands now as well as the efforts to keep the media from the hearings:

The Decline of the Aryan Guard: Part 2
We continue with part two of our part three series on the continuing collapse of the Aryan Guard.
The troubles of the Aryan Guard in recent days have been evident, but even we didn’t realize just how bad things were getting for them until the third week of September. We’ve discussed some of the infighting and rifts between people previously associated with the Aryan Guard such as Melissa Brow and "rippler2k3", but in recent days we’ve been hearing rumours of youths getting tired of the Aryan Guard and leaving as well as some of the worst infighting among Aryan Guard members (or former members depending upon whom one listens to) that we’ve seen yet. We’ll begin first with those who are rumoured to have left the Aryan Guard.
The first individual associated with the Aryan Guard whom we had heard had left the organization is a bonehead going by the initials B.L. We’ve noted that B.L.’s mother is someone who appears to be a progressive and, as such, likely never approved of his involvement with an overt racist gang. Seems we were right, as B.L.’s involvement with the Aryan Guard resulted in a rift between himself and his family to the point that they wouldn’t have anything to do with him so long as he continued to be involved with the Aryan Guard. Estrangement from his family appears to have given B.L. cause to reconsider his involvement with organized racism and he has, if the rumours are true, decided to leave the group in order to try and reconcile with his family.
The second individual rumoured to have left the Aryan Guard is M.J., an Aryan Guard groupie / oi toy. M.J. had been involved with the Aryan Guard for at least a year and was a member of its women’s auxiliary the Valkyrian Legion. She was also involved with Aryan Guard member Tyler Sturrup, a relationship that called into question both her judgment and good taste. Well, word on the street from a reliable source was that Miss. M.J. soon became bored with her involvement with the Aryan Guard and decided that she would rather get drunk and suck on a pacifier at raves than get drunk and suck on… well, Aryan Guard members. This rumor appeared to be confirmed when, “AryanBroad” posted the following comments on Anti-Racist Canada:
Just for the website's knowledge,
I wanted to inform everyone [M.J.], is not dating Tyler Sturrup and the stupid Bitch hasnt been around for the last 2 months or so. Along withTyler is back in jail

[M.J.] broke up with Tyler at the end of August, Im not to sure when. The reasons from what I understand is because he is an idiot and went to Jail a second time. The other time about him going to jail was about "robbery" and breaches. This time the same thing for the Breaches. Where [M.J.] is? From what the Aryan Guard and WEB understands is she is back to her old group and Raving. If she were to come back we would be suprised.

Winnipeg Neo-Nazi May Get Back Children
We've already written about "Nazi Mom", the Winnipeg neo-Nazi mother who lost her children to Child and Family Services as a result of her husband "Nazi Dad" drawing Swastika and other racist symbols on her daughter and sent her off to school.
Well, it looks like she has now left "Nazi Dad" for a second time, a gesture that has convinced Child and Family Services that, perhaps, they could start re-integrating the children into her home with the goal of returning them for good.
While we will not take a position on whether or not the children should be returned to their mother, we are struck by her, "inconsistencies." You see, "Nazi Mom" also has an online identity. So, as "Nazi Mom", she'll say to the reporter interviewing her, "he's [her now estranged husband] a bigot. And I have no tolerance for bigotry or ignorance," she says the following as aryanprincess1488 on the Resistance Records forums (spelling errors are hers):
May 9, 2005: Hey all, I don't post much (I haven't an awful lot of time) but I showed my 12 year old niece this site and although I don't think she's logged on here she has informed me that she visits this forum regularly, and since I haven't been able to see or talk to her too much it's good to know that there is a place of rational and intellectual disscussion where she can come to learn more about the movement.
Winnpeg is infested with indians and other such inferiors, she's being taught in school that we're all equal and that not one race is better than another, but she is learning and I thank you for the intellegent conversation that takes place in this forum.

Seems pretty bigoted and intolerant to us. Why don't we look at a few other comments that "Nazi Mom" has said when interviewed regarding the loss of her children from the "Winnipeg Free Press":
