If one has been paying attention, one would note that members of the Canadian Nationalist Party have become ubiquitous at far right events. If there is a Yellow Vests, Pegida, or (as occurred this past Sunday) anti-LGBTQ event, it is almost guaranteed that members and supporters of the CNP will be present:
Suffice it to say he hasn't enjoyed ARC's coverage of his effort:
By the way, I feel I should mention that Patron plans on running in the next federal election on the consistency of Souris-Moose Mountain in Saskatchewan:
In fact based on the what we learned about two CNP members who were part of the attack on Pride attendees in Hamilton, we can add two others to the list:
Right-wing and religious extremists converged on Saturday’s Gage Park Pride celebration leading to violence and shouting matches....
According to witnesses, yellow-vested protesters — who have been regularly staging gatherings on Saturdays at City Hall — along with religious extremists, converged on the annual Pride Hamilton event Saturday afternoon at Gage Park.
This led to numerous brawls and shouting matches. Several individuals were led away by police, but no charges laid. .... Former Hamilton councillor Matthew Green said a group of Gage Park area residents — in support of the event — brought a 15-metre long black curtain to try to block attendees from seeing the homophobic signs.
He said last year's celebration — which he also attended — saw "a group of ultra-right religious people attending for three or four hours spewing vitriolic and hateful language ... "This time they didn't come by themselves. They came with some of the yellow vest ... fascist people, dressed in combat gear and were there specifically to escalate into violence." .... The City Hall protests and the one at Gage Park, he added, are attracting extremist right-wingers from outside the city.
"I think we have a very real and present problem ...
"We have people coming in from across the country seeing Hamilton as fertile ground for a new neo-Nazi movement. And the response politically has been lacklustre."
He said the police need to lay charges more often, rather than taking an approach he described as "holding the line, but not necessarily enforcing the law."
By Sunday ARC and others began trying identify the Christian extremists, Yellow Vesters, and Canadian Nationalist Party members who were present at this protest as well as an anti-Trans protest occurring in Vancouver at the same time which featured one of Max Bernier's PPC candidates with the Nouns of Odin providing "security."
Now thanks to an anonymous supporter, we have some high resolution images.
Probably the most aggressive and violent individual was the individual who on Facebook used the name "Might Guy":
Well, "Might Guy" has a name:
We believe that "Might Guy" the person that assaulted two people at Hamilton Pride has been identified. Chris (Christopher) Vanderweide of Kitchener, Ontario. #yellowvestscanada#cdnmedia@HamiltonPolice need to view the footage and look into this individual. pic.twitter.com/p0TquYnp4c

Another individual who was caught in the act of an unprovoked assault was "John Mark Moretti"
UPDATE: His real name looks like it may be Ylli Radovicka:
Hate "preacher" Philip Ness-Thomas loudly accused the counter-protesters of engaging in violence as his own members assaulted them:
Rick Boswick and Derek Storie provided very useful coverage of the attack, though they actually seem to believe that is supports their claim of being victimized (it decidedly does not):
Kudos to Derek as this appears to be the least high he's been in a photo or video this far.
Now ARC would like to ask readers to help identify other members.
For example there are these two individuals (UPDATE: Guy in white t-shirt goes by the name Tomek Skii):
This dude who looks like he's going to blow a gasket (UPDATE: Fabian Castillo):
This lady in a hoodie auditioning as an extra for "The Nun":
UPDATE: Goth Granny (which would be an awesome name for an actual grandma or an industrial metal band) has been identified as Darlene Burgess:
Burgess also seems to be suffering from a serious case of cognitive dissonance:
A rainbow flag, eh?
Crazy-eyes:
I thought only cowards wear masks?
Of COURSE he would be wearing a MAGA hat, a Stars and Bars t-shirt, and a Yellow Vest.
It's an asshole trifecta!
UPDATE: No name yet, but this seems to be the guy:

Jesus dude! Your mother let you out of the house with that haircut? I could do better with a medium sized bowl and a pair of garden shears.
These are all people we need to identify. One other CNP member whom we don't have a high definition photo of is this fella whom we may have a partial ID on:
According to a video posted on the CNP YouTube channel promoting (you won't be shocked) the Yellow Vest movement, the character above idenities himself as Gus:
And a scuffle breaks out between a few people on both sides of the rally. Luckily security was able to stop it before it escalated. @NEWS1130pic.twitter.com/p6YQdNePBb
Among those attending this event was former PPC candidate Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson, a longtime anti-LTGBQ activist and who is associated with far-right evangelist Pat Robertson and "Rebel Media":
We can also add another group that she has willingly associated herself with:
Controversial speaker @LauraLynnTT up next, gets loud cheers from her supporters here. She says she and other parents aren’t being hateful when they oppose SOGI or transgender rights. @NEWS1130pic.twitter.com/UxMHjMH9O8
The hate group “guarded” by a white supremacist. What are “Christians” doing with these people? Fight back folks. #cdnpoli They want to take us backwards. Don’t let them. pic.twitter.com/DNCC2k8nsk
At the time Tyler Thompson denied knowing anything about the SoO while at the same time defending their right to attend the anti-LGBTQ event back in October 2018:
I'm not sure that Ms. Tyler Thompson claim that she doesn't "know" the SoO any longer since it has been further claimed they were hired to provide "security" for the event yesterday.
Truth be told, there was quite a bit of trash attending the anti-SOGI:
What about this person flashing the same sign? How many white supremacist groups were there, I wonder.
This is troubling. pic.twitter.com/OcikhKuPC1
UPDATE: Shoutout to Edmonton Against Fascism for figuring out who our red head friend is. Ladies and gentlemen, meet Ian Kelly (who has two Facebook profiles):
Of COURSE Devon Mannix is a Facebook friend of Ian's....
Given Tyler Thompson was a PPC candidate and I understand will be again during the upcoming federal election, I think this is an appropriate segue into the update concerning the assaults that took place in Hamilton:
Yellow Vest (and former Canadian Combat Coalition) member Rick Boswick seen in the above Tweet greeting Max Bernier at the Ottawa Yellow Vests protest in Ottawa posted a video of less than two minutes that he seems to believe totally exonerated the homophobes and will result in a mass arrest of the counter-protesters opposing them:
As YVCE shows however, the opposite is true:
1. Thanks to helpful footage from #YellowVestsCanada / PEGIDA / ex Canadian Combat Coalition VP Boswick, here are some isolated clips of unprovoked strikes and assaults against anti-fascists and activists from #HamOnt in Gage Park. #cdnpoli#onpoli#cdnmedia#pride

In the aftermath of the events earlier this month, hate groups in Hamilton have escalated their campaign of harassment and violence. Today the target was Pride celebrations in the city. A group of protesters including hate street preachers Philip Ness Thomas and John Mark Moretti, members of the overtly racist and antisemitic Canadian Nationalist Party, at least one individual appearing to be connected to the III% militia, Proud Boys, and Yellow Vests members including Rick Boswick and Derek Storie:
#HamOnt Hamilton, Ontario (Canada) Pride celebration at Gage Park invaded by dumbasses with signs. Barricades erected to block protesters from ruining a wonderful day. Numerous sources confirm most of these protesters aren't city residents.
Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum are currently hawking t-shirts & christianity in exchange for crashing at hate preacher Philip Ness-Thomas' house in Scarborough (GTA). for more info on Phil, check out this piece from last year: https://t.co/P8O2DfAx2Kpic.twitter.com/oYAF1DY7E3

As a bit of an aside, it is rather rich of these people to be decrying the fictional implementation of Sharia law in Canada (not happening) while openly advocating for a theocratic Christian state.
As per the events of June 8, members of the hate groups attempted to antagonize and ultimately began assaulting counter-protesters who put themselves between the hate groups and those who were attending the Pride event:
Hamilton pride this afternoon, video from Tomek Skii fb livefeed. hate preachers (esp John Mark Moretti) clearly there to disrupt event & cause violence against LGBTQ attendees. major respect to the community who came out to shut them down. police don't protect us, we protect us! pic.twitter.com/PtdAw2DUF6

John Mark Moretti is the one seen in the video attacking & hitting people in the head. he does a fine job of implicating himself on facebook and oh cute, he connects with white supremacist Paul Fromm-supporter Charlene O'Farrell. pic.twitter.com/XUPkuLanEI

the chud in the red shirt & paintball vest is "Might Guy" on fb. he's connected with Gordo Young & Joe Adragna, who also do paintball vest SeCuRiTy at Pegida events in Toronto. pic.twitter.com/U9lU0cJEHP

... Police escorted the fascists who were protesting against unity, love, and peace from the park. But, they remained in the surrounding streets and harassed and attacked folks after Pride let out. Be careful out there.
Grown cis het men chasing and threatening 14 year old trans boys at @HamiltonPride and the @HamiltonPolice that did nothing about it, should be ashamed of themselves. Keeping the people with a permit safe should trump keeping the mean protesters safe.
Despite the evidence that they had started any violence that occurred, the hate groups claimed they were the victims:
While I don't know if Justin Long, one of the more highly visible members of the Yellow Vests movement in Hamilton was present, it might be instructive to see some of his more recent rantings:

4. Numerous other events are misconstrued in this poorly researched video. *Some* of what he says is accurate but most of it lacks correct historical context.
Police in Hamilton, Ont., are asking witnesses to come forward after a 'large disturbance' at a Pride event at Gage Park. Police say numerous people were engaged in a physical confrontation and several people suffered minor injuries.
That said if this is to be believed (and I have no reason to doubt it given precedent), I'm not so certain how hard the Hamilton police will be working on this file:
On duty @HamiltonPolice in uniform at @HamiltonPride in @gageparkhamont told me that they wouldn’t stop a fight between fascist and Pride patrons because, & I quote:
“Don’t you remember that we weren’t invited to Pride? We’re just going to stand here, not my problem.”
