He is again promoting Ms. Shaidle, this time her upcoming recent speaking engagement in London, Ontario (home of Winnicki who proudly boasts of himself as the city's biggest hater) on both VNN and here on Stormfront:

“The State cannot lawfully deny the rights of the people”

And who is Mr. Lindsay? Well, here is how his supporters view him and his views on "personhood" and the legality of taxes. And here is how his actual arguments pan out when in court:

Kelowna resident fined and jailed for not filing tax returns

Kelowna, British Columbia, November 26, 2008... Kelowna resident, David Kevin Lindsay, also known as David-Kevin: Lindsay, was sentenced in Kelowna Provincial Court on November 24, 2008, to 150 days in jail and fined $5,000, payable by April 30, 2012. Lindsay was convicted June 26, 2008, of failing to comply with a requirement to file his 1997 to 2001 personal income tax return. Lindsay was also ordered by the court to file these returns by June 30, 2009.

When people are convicted of failing to file tax returns, in addition to any fines imposed by the courts, they must still file the returns and pay the full amount of taxes owing, plus interest owed, as well as any civil penalties that may be assessed by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Individuals who have not filed returns for previous years, or who have not reported all of their income, can still voluntarily correct their tax affairs. They will not be penalized or prosecuted if they make a full disclosure before the Agency starts any action or investigation against them. These individuals may only have to pay the taxes owing, plus interest. More information on the Voluntary Disclosures Program can be found on the CRA's website at www.cra.gc.ca/voluntarydisclosures.

Don't you loose a little bit of credibility when you claim that you can not be jailed for failing to pay your taxes, then you're jailed for not paying taxes? At least one of the (slightly more) astute Stormfront members has noted this:

Of course common sense hasn't stopped the true believers, such as Bill Noble, from adding their support:

Truer words have seldom been written, however Noble isn't admitting to his diminished humanity. Rather, the whole concept of "personhood" is tied to Lindsay's rationale concerning the authority of the state over "soverign" citizens. Noble himself has a lot riding on this argument as it is also part of his justification for not abiding by the terms of his release.

When OdinPatrick suggests that Noble might not be being entirely rationale, Noble responds:

So let's get this straight. The proof that Lindsay is correct and that Canadians can not be imprisoned for paying taxes is that Lindsay was imprisoned for not paying taxes in order to shut him up and prevent him from telling everyone the truth?

Bill, if someone from Nigeria sends you an email asking for help getting millions of dollars into an offshore account and says he's willing to pay you a percentage, we suggest you go for it.

This scam is simply part of a larger North American movement of fringe tax protesters. The cases where these arguments have been attempted in the United States provide quite an insight as to their level of success....... nil to none. Or you can read about one of Lindsay's earlier efforts and note the same outcome.

A Quick Observation

We find it very interesting that the moment a non-Caucasian Canadian is alleged to have committed a crime (especially a violent crime) or is convicted of a crime, the Canadian posters on Stormfront fall all over themselves to post hate-filled messages about the ethnic group to which this individual belongs.

However, when it is a Caucasian Canadian who is accused of or convicted of a crime, there is almost always silence. Unless of course they first assume the person is Jewish, though when that proves to be untrue the thread usually dries up.

Or, as in the case of the White Boy Posse, people like Bill Noble excuse or justify their actions.


Or how about excusing the actions of alleged cop killer (and Stormfront member) Richard Poplawski by Noble on Stormfront as well as posters on the Aryan Guard forums?



We wonder why that is?

Happy Birthday Bill Noble

It has come to our attention that Bill Noble's birthday was today. Well, as our gift, we would like to make public his call for the murder (though we're sure he would term it in a much more noble and heroic manner) of "multiculturalists:

Strictly speaking from a legal point of view, Noble may be correct in that he's not targeting a single identifiable group, though we're not sure that widening the list of those destined for the gallows once the new Aryan regime takes over is really an improvement in equity. He's also been very supportive of the murderer of the three police officers in Pennsylvania last week. Not to mention he's still flagrantly violating the terms of his release.

Can anyone remind us why he's not back in jail yet?

Look Who's Back on Stormfront

Interestingly, at about the same time Renaud Emard was receiving his conditional sentence, another former Quebecois Nazi started posting again on Stormfront:

Argaï Bladefist is actually Maxime Fiset. He got into trouble a few years back because of a website he created:

MédiaMatinQuébec a appris que les enquêteurs de cette escouade spécialisée de la SQ ont mené une perquisition au domicile de Maxime Fiset, mardi, dans le quartier Limoilou. Ils y ont saisi du matériel informatique, ainsi que des documents divers en marge d’une enquête portant sur une petite organisation baptisée La Fédération des Québécois de souche (FQS) et sur leur site Web www.quebecoisdesouche.com.

Les limiers y ont également confisqué un poing américain, ce qui a conduit Maxime Fiset au palais de justice de Québec, hier, où il a comparu pour répondre à une accusation de possession d’une arme prohibée.

Aucune accusation en lien avec l’objectif principal de l’enquête de la SQ n’a cependant été déposée jusqu’à maintenant. L’enquête se poursuit et le matériel saisi chez le jeune homme sera passé au peigne fin au cours des prochaines semaines.

Interdit d’ordinateur

Sans antécédent judiciaire, Fiset a pu reprendre sa liberté provisoire au terme de sa comparution, moyennant l’imposition d’une série de conditions qu’il devra respecter, dont l’inter­diction formelle de posséder ou d’utiliser un ordinateur.

«Cette arme prohibée a été découverte en marge d’une enquête sur de la propagande haineuse via Internet», a mentionné le procureur de la poursuite au dossier, Me Sébastien Guyard-Bergeron, au juge Carol St-Cyr, afin d’expliquer l’imposition de pareilles conditions.

Maxime Fiset s’est aussi vu interdire d’être abonné à un service Internet, de résider dans un endroit où l’on retrouve un ordinateur, et même de se trouver dans un café Internet. Il a également dû engager sur signature une somme de 2000 $ en guise de caution. Son père a fait de même, à titre de garantie additionnelle pour le tribunal de la bonne conduite de l’accusé jusqu’à l’issue des procédures judiciaires intentées. Il reviendra en cour le mois prochain.

Contre les musulmans, les Noirs et les Juifs

L’existence du site «quebecoisdesouche.com» a fait les manchettes l’automne dernier, exacerbée par le débat sur les accommodements raisonnables et les audiences de la commission Bouchard-Taylor. Le Journal de Montréal avait rapporté que la FQS (aussi appelée Fédération des nationalistes blancs québécois) exploitait depuis l’été un site Web faisant la promotion d’un Québec de race blanche et de langue francophone.

Les musulmans, les Noirs et les Juifs n’étaient pas les bienvenus sur leur forum de discussion en ligne, où les membres, au nombre d’une cinquantaine, y pourfendaient l’immigration, les gangs de rue et la «perte de temps et d’argent» que représentait la commission Bouchard-Taylor. On y faisait l’apologie de l’idéologie néo-nazie. La page d’accueil du site affichait d’ailleurs un drapeau fleurdelisé orné d’une croix gammée. Des symboles de l’organisation raciste Ku Klux Klan y étaient aussi présents.

Ce site Web a cessé ses activités depuis novembre. C’est l’unité de lutte au terrorisme de la SQ qui est chargée de l’enquête puisque les crimes de propagande haineuse - accusation rarement portée au Québec – comptent parmi leurs mandats. La SQ s’est refusée à tout commentaire au sujet de cette affaire, hier.

A 19 year old young man from Quebec received a visit from a police unit that combats terrorism, because of extreme right-wing hate propaganda on an Internet site he operates.

MédiaMatinQuébec learned that the investigators of this specialized section of the SQ searched to the residence of Maxime Fiset, Tuesday, in the Limoilou district. They seized computer material, as well as various documents as part of an investigation of a small extreminst organization the Federation of the Inhabitants of Quebec (FQS) and on their Web site www.quebecoisdesouche.com.

The detectives also confiscated illegal weapons (knuckledusters), leading Maxime Fiset to be charged with possession of prohibited weapons. He appeared in court on those charges yesterday.

The investigation continues and the material seized in the young man will be carefully examined by police during the next weeks.

With no criminal record, Fiset could post bail at the end of his court appearance with the imposition of a series of conditions which will have to be observed, including prohibition to have or use a computer.

“The prohibited weapon was discovered in as part of an investigation into hate propaganda via Internet”, stated the prosecutor Sebastien Guyard-Bergeron to judge Carol St-Cyr, in order to explain the imposition of conditions.

Maxime Fiset is also prohibited from subscribed to the Internet, to reside in a place where a computer is found, and to even be in a Internet café. He also had post a bond of $2000 as a guarantee. His/her father made in the same way, as additional guarantee for the court of the good behavior of shown until the exit of the brought legal procedures. He will return in court the next month.

Against the Muslims, Blacks and Jews

The existence of the site “quebecoisdesouche.com” made the news the last fall, exacerbated by the debate on the reasonable compromises and the audiences of the Bouchard-Taylor commission. Le Journal de Montréal had reported that the FQS (also called Fédération of the Québécois white nationalists) had existed since the summer as a Web site promoting in Quebec the white race and French-speaking language.

The Muslims, Blacks and Jews were not welcome on their discussion forum where the members, numbering around fifty, discussed immigration, gangs of street and the “waste of time and money” which represented the Bouchard-Taylor commission. Some defended the néo-Nazi beliefs. Besides the banner page of the site posted a Quebec flag decorated with a swastika. Symbols of the racist organization Ku Klux Klan were also present there.

This Web site ceased its activities since November. The SQ, the unit responsible for investigating terrorism, which is in charge of the investigation. Investigating hate propaganda – a crime rarely prosecuted in Quebec - counts among their mandates. The SQ refused with any comment about this business, yesterday.

Hopefully we got the gist of it.

We wonder if the SQ would be interested to know that Fiset is posting again on Stormfront?

Richard Martin's Friends Aren't Happy: Part II

Ezra Levant (and Others) Responds

We received the following message from Mr. Ezra Levant in response to our article calling attention to his claims about Warren Kinsella's relationship with the CJC:

That letter is an after-the-fact attempt at spin by Kinsella. In February, he threatened to blackball and bad-mouth the Canada-Israel Committee, a sister organization to the Canadian Jewish Congress. The Jewish community's central advocacy agency ordered Kinsella off the CJC. He asked to "resign" instead of being fired, just to save face. But fired he was.

While we thank Mr. Levant for his response, we can't help but think he's now trying to move the goal posts a bit. First he claims that Mr. Kinsella was fired, but now he's claiming that Mr. Kinsella resigned from his position with the CJC before he could be fired, which means that he was fired.

Circular reasoning?

It doesn't matter if the letter was issued five minutes ago. The current position by the Executive managers of CJC state that he Warren resigned and was not dismissed. This leaves Ez on the hook 100%. Not exactly the first time he's rushed into print with misapprehensions followed up by more misapprehensions. If he was smart he'd apologize and try to settle. But he isn't so he won't.

And now on to Jay Currie.

First, Jay, you hurt us. Cut us right down to the bone:

A letter from the CJC to the Lying Jackal stating that the Jackal offered to resign and was not “fired” has surfaced at the rather obscure “Anti-Racist Canada”.

Obscure? Ouch! Not nice at all. Okay, so it's factually correct, but gee whiz!

Jay does sort of redeem us soon after he commented on our obscurity:

Cool! We've been upgraded to the status of "shadowy characters." Perhaps soon we might even be referred to as a cabal! Cross your fingers folks.

One of Jay's concerns is that we redacted a single line of text from the Kinsella letter:

And what is “redacted” at the top of the letter. (Redacting Daisy’s addy is simply silly as it is on the website.)

Could the redaction at the top be “Strictly Confidential – Without Prejudice?” or words to that effect? And would that, perhaps, explain why the Jackal is not publishing it on his site?

Now we didn't ask the little birdie who sent us the letter why it was being sent to us. However we can address Jay's paranoia. Here is a slightly less redacted top portion of the letter:

Finally, one we'll leave a final comment posted by ED. He asks three questions, though we would like to focus on his final question:

3. Why wouldn't Kinsella have sued Ezra (again) for defamation. This is a slam dunk case if this is real.

Well maybe ED isn't aware, but Mr. Kinsella is suing Mr. Levant over Levant's claim that Kinsella was fired. Also, Rabbi Bulka, Bernie Farber and others will be witnesses for the plaintiff.

Ezra Levant Makes Shit Up: The Proof

A month and a bit ago the right wing blogosphere was all in a tizzy about Warren Kinsella being fired by the Canadian Jewish Congress. One of those writers was Ezra Levant:

On Monday, almost exactly one year after he joined it, Warren Kinsella was asked to leave his volunteer position on the legal affairs committee of the Canadian Jewish Congress. It’s not often that volunteers get fired, but it happens.

Others will note Kinsella’s latest defeat with glee. And part of me is glad to see someone who tries so hard to bully and blackball others, have his own stratagems backfire on him. But, to be very frank, I’m not that gleeful – I actually feel sad for him. I’m not saying that condescendingly – it really is sad to see a man with so much energy and talent get so consumed with personal vendettas and petty squabbles that it starts to cost him in his professional and public life.

I’m not going soft on Kinsella – his lawsuit against me is absurd, and if taken at face value, he means to bankrupt me. He’s a bully, and a fountain of foul-mouthed defamation in his own right. But there comes a point when someone – even someone who swears he’ll destroy you – is so self-destructive, and so blind to that self-destruction, that you feel a pang of sorrow for them.

But underneath his bluff and bravado is a real man with – though he might deny it – real feelings. I know he must be embarrassed and angry today at his ouster, just as he was a year ago. And though I won’t do it, I feel a strange urge to send him a note of consolation again. . . . I hope Kinsella loses his nuisance suits. But where I thought I might feel schadenfreude, I feel sorrow. The news of his termination today doesn’t give me any joy. There is none in this public spectacle as he tumbles down, a flailing ball of anger and impotence.

No. No gloating at all.

There's only one rather significant problem with Levant's descent into schadenfreudic bliss.

He's lying.

Public statements suggesting that you were "fired" from the CJC are simply incorrect.

In any event, we look forward to having you rejoin our organization at a time that is mutually beneficial.

Mr. Levant, would you like to respond?

And in answer to jaycurrie, no. We get our information from little birdies.

UPDATE 2: You know what? What the hell. We'll post the comments currently being moderated and we'll deal with some of them later on in a follow up to this article (we did ask Mr. Levant if he'd like to comment and it wouldn't be sporting of us if we kept his comment moderated). Besides, they do tend to indicate the vitriolic and irrational hatred some of these folks have for Mr. Kinsella which says something about their state of mind.

And jaycurrie, the information that was redacted were addresses and email. We didn't think Mr. Kinsella would want that information out there for every crazy with a laptop to read.

We received a few more messages, including one saying that he was pronounced dead at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary.

Well golly gee! We guess we'll just publish this "news" without any further investigation as to it's veracity. We certainly will not contact a friend who works as a nurse at Peter Lougheed Hospital who would be able to tell us if it's true or if it's a load of horse manure in a matter of minutes. Why would we ever suspect news like this delivered to us on April 1 would be anything less than totally credible?

And if you have an bridges on sale we want to buy half a dozen.

Come on! Give us a little more credit than that. No, Kyle McKee is very much alive, though he still looks as scrawny as a meth addict. You all have to do a lot better than that.

In other news, we managed to identify a few more Aryan Guard supporters from the March 21 rally. We published their names along with the others. Speaking of names, one of the people we named seems to have been taken quite aback concerning our having identified him:

We are not the ARA, but we do have a very amicable working relationship with some of their members. We don't suppose that fact will mean a great deal to Mr. H. though. We also enjoyed his emo, "no one understands me" moment as well:

Aw! Looks just like that scene out of "An Officer and a Gentleman." We guess that makes Gaio Debra Winger and Richard Martin a very homley Richard Gere.

It's interesting that Gaio has tried to convince us that he's not associated with Martin, Benson and that group. Perhaps because the last two pictures seem to have come from the batch of photos taken of Martin committing arson?

Finally, a blast from the past. We at Anti-Racist Canada have been active long before we began this blog. We've been monitoring racists on line not long after Stormfront came online back in the mid 1990s.

A few years ago, a young man named Renaud Emard was busy posting away on hate websites such as Stormfront and Blood & Honour as Necro99. Among his online activities was posting pictures of himself with numerous firearms in front of Nazi flags, writing racist online posts and talking about his obsession with the Columbine murders. This was just after the Kimveer Gill attack on Dawson College in Montreal. Given this it isn't too much of a surprise that police in Quebec took down Renaud soon after being made aware of his online activities.

While we missed it at the time (we were busy preparing for the Aryan Guard march), here are two articles that detail how Mr. Renaud plead guilty to almost all of the weapons charges against him and received a conditional discharge with a year's probation. He claims to have learned his lesson. Let's all hope that this is the case.

Conditional discharge for Îile Perrot man who dabbled in racist past-times

A young Île Perrot man who dabbled in racist online chats and paraphernalia has pleaded guilty to most of the weapons charges against him. But he won't have a criminal record.

It was about two weeks after the Dawson shootings and police didn't take any chances when they arrested Renaud Émard on seven weapons violations after they searched his bedroom at his parent's Île Perrot home and found five unloaded guns and plenty of ammunition, plus posters of and books on guns, the military, the Third Reich, and ethnic cleansing. Émard was also believed to have been chatting online on white supremacist sites and posting pictures of himself giving the Heil Hitler salute and holding guns.

The guns belonged to his father, a hunter and gun collector, and were improperly stored. Police found 20 guns in all. Émard pleaded guilty to all but the most serious weapons charge, weapons possession for dangerous intent, which was dropped. He was given a conditional discharge and one year probation.

Anti-terrorist and hate crimes investigators also found a suitcase with military paraphernalia, a
manual entitled "Ethnic Cleansing", posters of guns with slogans such as "Born to Kill" and "Natural Born Killer", and a list of schoolmates he considered to be annoyances to be done away with.

During his first bail hearing in October 2006, the 18-year-old testified he was surprised the list was still around and that he didn't get rid of the list, insisting he was still on friendly terms with the people on the list.

His lawyer says it was all an act by an immature young man who was bullied and teased at school and the alleged online threats were just posturing to gain respect and acceptance, adding his client in no way approved of the actions of the Dawson shooter.

"All the experts concluded that he wasn't a danger to society. He didn't have the intent to kill anybody," defence attorney Robert La Haye tells CJAD News, pointing to two psychiatrists' reports.

"It was just having a behaviour that would make some people to think that but that wasn't the case."

The judge agreed, calling it bad judgement and an error of youth, saying Émard has come a long way following his therapy.

Émard told the judge that it was partly his fault and understood what he did wrong. The young man, now 20, still has a babyface two and a half years after his arrest, but now he's got a goatee and his shaved head is now fully grown out. He appeared relaxed, sometimes smiling during the court proceedings.

An Île Perrot man who was arrested for making threats on the Internet less than a month after the Dawson College shootings has been given a conditional discharge.

Renaud Émard, 20, pleaded guilty to most of the weapons charges laid, after police saw images of him posing with several guns, and making a salute to Adolf Hitler on a popular white supremacist website.

Émard was living with his parents on Oct. 4, 2006, when he made threats similar to those made by Dawson shooter Kimveer Gill. He was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of a prohibited weapon - brass knuckles - and five counts of careless storage of five rifles. The guns belonged to his father.

Yesterday, his lawyer, Robert La Haye, said Émard was depressed at the time that he made the threats, and fellow students were making fun of him because of his large size.

He has since undergone therapy. La Haye said neither Émard's therapist nor the prosecutor's psychiatrist found that Émard represents a danger to society. Because he was discharged, Émard won't have a criminal record.
