Aryan Guard Founder Kyle McKee Wanted For Attempted Murder

Confirmation that Kyle McKee and an unidentified minor are being sought by the police for attempted murder and other crimes based on the IED incident that took place on Saturday:

Subject: PA/MRU #09-589 SEEKING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance inlocating two men wanted for attempted murder, in connectionwith an explosives call over the weekend.

On Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at approximately 7:15 a.m.,police responded to a complaint of gunshots in the 5300 blockof Rundlehorn Drive N.E. When officers arrived, they weredirected to a suspicious device in a large parking lotbetween two apartment complexes. The device appeared to be anImprovised Explosive Device (IED) that had detonated.

Tactical Unit officers were called to assist at the scene.During the evidence-gathering phase, all of the apartmentunits facing the parking lot were evacuated. A second devicewas located close to the scene and this device had also detonated. The occupants of the apartment suite where the devices werefirst observed have being questioned by police. Investigatorsbelieve this was a targeted attack.

Kyle Robert MCKEE, 24, and a 17-year-old male, who cannot be named under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, are each wanted on warrants for attempted murder, possessing, making or controlling explosives, and possession of a weapon or imitation for a dangerous purpose.

MCKEE is a Caucasian man, 5’9” tall, 140 pounds, with a slimbuild. He has blue eyes and has a shaved head. A photo ofMCKEE will be sent to the media via e-mail.

Investigators are asking anyone with information on thewhereabouts of MCKEE to call police at 403-266-1234, or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

District 5 GIU Staff Sgt. Keith Cain will be available tospeak to the media about this case. This availability will take place today, Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at 12:30 p.m., atthe District 5 office, 5401 Temple Drive N.E.

We're not sure, given the escalation, that the police will be able to ignore the threat posed by the Aryan Guard to the Calgary public.

And to the people who have questioned our intel, let us remind you that we made the connection to the Aryan Guard days before the mainstream media.

UPDATE: If anyone is aware of who the male and/or female target of the attack were, we would be interested in hearing from you. We have our guesses, but we aren't really sure.

Robert Reitmeier and Tyler Sturrup Arrested on Murder Charges

We had heard rumors for a number of months now concerning the murder of Mark Mariani but didn't have anything concrete. Today, however, two of the founders of the Aryan Guard offshoot WEB, Robert Reitmeier and Tyler Sturrup, were arrested for his murder:

Statements by The Southern Ontario ARA: Gay Pride Protest and Levant's Statement of Defence

While we are not members of or affiliated with Anti-Racist Action and our methods are sometimes dissimilar, we do share common goals. We were recently contacted by one ARA chapter in Ontario going by the name of the Southern Ontario ARA (SOARA) regarding two matters. The first matter deals with the recent London, Ontario Gay Pride parade where SOARA and other anti-racist activists confronted a tiny contingent of Northern Alliance and Canadian Heritage Alliance members (in the photos one can see David Ruud, Tyler Chilcott, Randall Linton (who was arrested along with Tomasz Winnicki on weapons charges), and Melissa Guille as well as one as yet unknown Northern Alliance member):

Run Forest, Run! McKee Running Scared

It's only a matter of time that McKee will be brought into custody. And now they know how he's traveling:

Wanted skinhead gives Mounties the shake
By KATIE SCHNEIDER, SUN MEDIA
Last Updated: 25th November 2009, 7:25pm

Kyle Robert McKee, a Neo-Nazi wanted for attempted murder in connection with a bombing, was stopped in Saskatchewan today but managed to escaped Mounties.

Police say McKee, 24, who is wanted on Canada-wide warrants for attempted murder, was parked in a truck with a 17-year-old on a gravel road south of Regina about 2 p.m. when RCMP conducting a traffic stop approached the vehicle.

He identified himself and showed his Alberta driver’s license.

But when the Mountie returned to his vehicle to run his name, McKee and the youth sped away.

They were last seen southbound on Hwy. 6.

McKee’s vehicle is a red 1996 Dodge Dakota with Alberta plate TEB 713 and had several items in the back that were covered by a blue tarp.

Luggage was seen in the cab of the truck and other personal items were behind the seat.

McKee, 24, faces two counts of attempted murder, possessing, making or controlling explosives, and possession of a weapon or imitation for a dangerous purpose in connection with a targeted bomb attack in northeast Calgary last Saturday.

RCMP in Portrage la Prairie, Man. arrested a 17-year-old who is also charged in the connection.

McKee is white, 5-foot-9 and 140 lb. with a slim build.

He has blue eyes and has a shaved head.

Anyone with information about McKee’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 911, 403-266-1234, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Sure, we're disappointed the police missed an opportunity, but we aren't going to do any hand wringing about it. It's now known basically where he is. It's known what he's driving. And it's not exactly as if a neo-Nazi will be able to blend in with prairie farmers all that easily.

McKee will be captured. It's only a matter of time.

We are interested in the 17 year old. When McKee started dating Natalie, we were surprised since, as someone who was 18, she was a little long in the tooth for Kyle who normally likes his ladies just out of Junior High. So we wonder if he's picked himself up a new little Frau for the road?

Anyways, everyone be patient. McKee isn't smart enough to keep hiding. They'll get him. If not within a few days, he'll be picked up sometime down the road.

Keep running little rabbit. The hounds are after you.

UPDATE: Looks like the 17 year old is another male. We believe that individual may be R. The 17 year old charged in connection to the attempted murder may be J.

The Decline of the Aryan Guard: Part 3

The previous article on the Aryan Guard focused on the infighting between members and those who have abandoned the racist gang. The final article of this three part series will feature the criminal behaviour of the Aryan Guard.

Jan Korinth
Thomas Trenerry
Dallas Price
Kyle McKee
As we have reported in the past on this blog, members of the Aryan Guard are no strangers to the criminal justice system. Thomas Trenerry has spent time in prison on criminal charges and had his sentenced increased as a result of a prison escape. Kyle McKee and Dallas Price have criminal convictions and were both implicated in an assault using weapons in 2006. Later that year, Robert Reitmeier was charged with attempted murder in the case of a beating which left a man in his 40s unconscious (we don’t know if the man survived the attack or if he remains in a coma, though charges against Reitmeier appear to have been stayed). R.N was convicted of various crimes early this past year and appears to either be on probation. One of the founders of the Aryan Guard, a person who’s name is Jan Korinth and who posts online as “boywhite” was arrested and placed in the Calgary Remand Centre not long after he moved from BC to Calgary. After some efforts to try and make bail for his release, the Aryan Guard has failed to mention Jan’s name since and his current fate and whereabouts is currently unknown.

Evidence that Some Aryan Guard Members May Have Known Who Was Involved in IED Attack in November 2009

First of all, kudos to our friends at the One People's Project.

Back in November 2009, Tyler Sturrup and his girlfriend Carolyne Kwiatek were the targets of an IED attack. Sturrup was a member of WEB and Carolyne had formerly been in some sort of relationship with John Marleau (for the sake of your stomach, try not to picture that) so it was suspected that Marleau and other Aryan Guard members might have been involved. Marleau was arrested, but released when it was determined there wasn't enough evidence to hold him. However, after searching his residence where bomb making materials were found, a warrant for Kyle McKee's arrest was issued. McKee and a 17 year-old co-accused took off running, almost being caught in Saskatchewan. Both were eventually captured in Manitoba, first the 17 year-old, then McKee himself. McKee was transported back to Calgary to face charges. Unfortunately the Crown prosecutor decided that there wasn't enough evidence to link McKee to the crime of attempted murder, so an agreement was reached whereby McKee would plead to lesser charges.

Not long after the IED attack and during the trial, McKee's friends in the Movement rallied around him and proclaimed his innocence. When attempted murder charges were dropped. Paul Fromm celebrated the release of, "political leader" Kyle McKee. Former Aryan Guard member Bill Noble chimed in:

The MSM Covers McKee Court Appearance

While we beat them to the original story, this account includes additional information we were not yet aware of:

Attempted murder charges dropped last year

A self-professed white supremacist, who had two attempted murder charges dropped last May in connection with a homemade bomb being planted outside a northeast condo, is back in jail.

Kyle Robert McKee, 25, an alleged member of the Aryan Guard, was in court on Wednesday to face four charges, including assault, uttering death threats, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and being disguised while committing an indictable offence.

Attempted Murder Charges Dropped in McKee Case

Looks like Kyle McKee won't have to suffer in the cold, cold Calgary Remand Centre any more:

Attempted murder charges dropped against accused Calgary bomber

White supremacist Kyle Robert McKee pleads guilty to making explosives

By Daryl Slade, Calgary Herald

May 18, 2010 11:05 AM

CALGARY - A self-professed white supremacist has been absolved of two attempted murder charges relating to homemade bomb being planted outside a northeast townhouse last November.

Crown prosecutor Rajbir Dhillon withdrew those two charges, as well as one count each of arson and possessing a weapon dangerous to the public against Kyle Robert McKee, 24, after he pleaded guilty to one count of making explosives for devices found in a search of his home later the same day as the bomb incident.

He was to be released later on Tuesday after being given double credit by provincial court Judge Peter Barley for five months already spent in remand since his arrest in December.

Defence lawyer Adriano Iovinelli made it clear to court that McKee had maintained his innocence in connection with the Nov. 21 incident at the home on Rundlehorn Drive.

Dhillon told court that Carolyne Anne Kwiatek believed she was the target of two culprits she saw outside her balcony early that morning.

She awoke her boyfriend Tyler Sturrup, who grabbed the two explosive devices, which had been lit, and threw them into the parking lot. One of them exploded and the other failed.

Screws, nails, coins and ratchet bits were found in the other device.

Police were not able to tell what type of liquid was used to make the bombs.

Police then obtained a search warrant for McKee's residence and found similar explosive devices, which led to the guilty plea.

They also found sawed-off rifle stocks and barrels in the home.

McKee was also placed on probation for one year and prohibited from having any contact with either of the victims, as well as a youth who was originally facing the same charges.

Dhillon said he previously withdrew charges against the youth, because of an unlikelihood of conviction.

McKee had been scheduled to face a two-day preliminary hearing starting May 27, which would have been held to determine if there was sufficient evidence to send it to trial at Court of Queen's Bench.

Looks like the Crown decided that they didn't want to bother making a case. After all, when you find explosive materials that can be linked to a bombing, it must be a tough nut to crack. We wonder if McKee had an Arab-sounding name if this little effort would be put into the case?

It's easier to take a plea to lesser charges than to keep Calgarians safe. A pity, but not unexpected.

No doubt the remnants of the Aryan Guard will be celebrating McKee's release, however he does have some pretty strict conditions that he will need to follow in order to stay out of jail.

And we will be watching.

Fromm On Kyle McKee: Charismatic, Talented, Sensible and Savvy

One of the bits of news that struck as interesting is how little boneheads are talking about McKee's release. Sure, Marleau posted a message on the Blood and Honour forum's "POW" section (as of this article's publication, the thread had no responses and had been viewed by 19 people) and the folks on Nexopia posted a link to our blog, knowing Natalie S. and Marleau would see it, but that was pretty much it. Very little was mentioned initially. In fact, McKee's release seemed so unimportant that they didn't even bother mentioning it on the Aryan Guard forum:

The most recent comment was posted yesterday, but it has nothing to do with McKee and his release. When we enter the subforum, we notice that the last thing said concerning McKee was almost a month ago:

One might think if the leader of your gang was released from jail with murder charges being dropped, someone might mention something about it on the gang's forum. We guess this is yet a further indication that the Aryan Guard is all but dead (leading us to wonder what McKee will be doing now that he's out, though that's an issue for another day).

Disguised B&H Leader McKee Gets Far To Close To Prime Minister Trudeau

I haven't written a great deal about Calgary's Blood & Honour, though I have been keeping an eye on them. For the most part their public profile has been relatively low with the occasional flyer and/or sticker promoting the group being found around Calgary. They have however hosted a number of private events, some of which have been discussed on the blog, at their new club house. Their online activity seems to be primarily trolling news personalities and Calgary businesses that have somehow run afoul of the racist gang:

The trolling has helped myself and others figure out a few things about the growth and membership of Blood & Honour Calgary which may be shared at a later date. That said, it is no doubt frustrating for the targets of these online attacks, however is is mostly childish and quite frankly a bit embarrassing that this has been the most public form of activity that McKee and co. have been engaging in.

But then there's the kind of "trolling" that is much more concerning because it represents a major security breach.

WEB and Violence Fetishism

First, some idle thoughts.

McKee was released from detention in Regina shortly before May 26 (he was sighted at that time with Natalie S. near the University of Calgary). On June 1, Robert Reitmeier and Tyler Sturrup of the hated rival WEB were arrested for murder, one in which an investigation had been going on for months with no outward indication that it was going anywhere (though we do suspect that the police were building a strong case anyways). The subsequent destruction of WEB as a result of these arrests sure wouldn't be mourned by members of the Aryan Guard/Blood & Honour/Combat 18/ATB(?)/Oprah's Book Club/Westminster Kennel Club/Miss Georgia World, would it?

We're not saying anything, though we do find the timing to be especially interesting.

But now on to the reason for writing today.

White Boy Posse Members Arrested: Charges Laid in Three Countsof Murder

We mentioned the White Boy Posse four years ago after the gang was busted as a result of a 15 month investigation into their involvement in the drug trade. And as serious as that might have been, it pales in comparison to this:

Four members of Alberta drug gang charged in three killings in September, October

Posted: Dec 4, 2012 9:42 AM MT Last Updated: Dec 4, 2012 9:27 PM MT

The man facing first-degree murder charges in the decapitation of a Lloydminster, Alta., man in October is also charged in two other homicides.

Randy James Wayne O'Hagan, 22, of Lloydminster is charged in the death of Robert John Roth Sr., 54, whose partial remains were found near Ranfurly, Alta., on Oct. 20.

Roth's severed head was found five days later by a passerby in Edmonton.

The Mainstream Media is Starting to Get It, But....

Looks like the mainstream media is trying to catch up to us now when discussing the threat posed by the Aryan Guard to Calgarians:

Neo-Nazis not so harmless
Calgary blast ignites concerns

By
MICHAEL PLATT
The Calgary Sun

Scorched bricks and a parking lot full of pennies and bent nails.

If anything should serve as a wake-up call to the cancer in Calgary's midst, it's this: The remnants of two homemade pipe bombs that exploded harmlessly in a northeast parking lot.

Harmless -- that is, if you didn't own one of the cars peppered with shrapnel when the pipe bombs detonated just after dawn on Saturday, the blasts echoing through the sleepy townhouse complex on Rundlehorn Drive.

Those living in the Pineridge Greene Apartments were jolted awake, and so too should Calgary: The bombs, say police, were planted by members of a local neo-Nazi group, called the Aryan Guard.

Aryan Guard founder Kyle "Pitbull" McKee and a 17-year-old rookie member of the white-power group are facing charges of attempted murder.

And so, a group that once seemed more silly than sinister is now linked to sophisticated weapons, which could have easily killed, if a male resident of the target townhouse hadn't hurled the bombs into the parking lot.

If there is a bright side to this queasy turn of events, it's that the attack wasn't racially motivated -- it was either an internal Aryan Guard squabble or a romance turned sour, depending on who you ask.

The 29-year-old woman living in the townhouse says she has nothing to do with the neo-Nazis, and was targeted because she spurned the advances of a senior Aryan Guard member, who is "best friends" with the accused.

"He's stalking me," said the woman, who asked to remain anonymous.

But police investigators issued a statement stating both the bombers and the victims are white supremacists: "The victims in this case know the offenders and share similar beliefs and values."

Either way, Calgary is lucky.

In Europe, neo-Nazis have killed people with similar devices, trying to further their demented cause.

No one was hurt in this attack, but if the police allegations against McKee and his junior sidekick are proven in court, it shows just how far radical members of Calgary's white-power brigade are willing to go.

Sources say police found enough evidence in the suspects' homes to convince them the bombs were not a one-off experiment either. And so, the question must be asked, who were they arming themselves against?

If you're a visible minority, or of a non-Christian religion, or just a Calgarian who believes in a world where all people are equal, the answer is chilling.

To read McKee's online chat with other neo-Nazis -- most recently where he makes jokes about the anti-Semitic graffiti spree in Calgary -- is to glimpse a twisted mind.

This is the same McKee interviewed by this writer back in 2005, when backlash over his display of a Nazi flag from a Kitchener, Ont., apartment balcony prompted him to say he was moving to Calgary.

That, in turn, prompted Calgary Mayor Dave Bronconnier to tell him to stay home.

"We don't welcome anti-Semitism and we don't welcome any group that intends to promote hatred against anyone," said Bronconnier. "Stay home."

Unfortunately, McKee didn't stay in Ontario, and while he failed to find the thriving Utopia of intolerance and racism he'd envisioned, he found a handful of equally narrow-minded souls.
They established the Aryan Guard.

Until this weekend's bombing, the Guard was more embarrassing to Calgary than truly scary, with an annual "white pride" march through downtown their main claim to fame.

But if the police charges are right, it's clear something more sinister has been taking place behind the scenes, hidden from public view.

Make no mistake, this isn't something clever or crafty -- any fool can go online and find detailed instructions on how build an effective pipe bomb.

But it takes a special kind of sick to actually construct such a device, and a murderous heart to leave it on the doorstep of a home, fuse burning.

McKee and his partner may end up in jail, if they're found guilty of attempted murder. But there are others who will take their place, if hate and racism are tolerated in Calgary.

The bombs were harmless this time -- but Calgary has had its warning shot.

We're happy that Mr. Platt (thank you for using ARC as a source for your article, by the way) and figures in the mainstream media are now going to take the Aryan Gauard, and we hope the splinter group W.E.B., seriously now and are encouraging the authorities to view the threat as seriously. However, we have to take issue with part of this article:

Until this weekend's bombing, the Guard was more embarrassing to Calgary than truly scary, with an annual "white pride" march through downtown their main claim to fame.

But if the police charges are right, it's clear something more sinister has been taking place behind the scenes, hidden from public view.

"Until this weekend's bombing"? So until this happened, the Aryan Guard were merely a quirky sub-culture on the streets of Calgary?

Tell that to the Japanese woman assaulted by a member of the Aryan Guard in August 2008.

Tell that to Bonnie and Jason Devine and their children who have been subjected to three attacks on their home and family: first a firebomb, next graffiti, and most recently a brick through a window and more graffiti.

Tell that to the other people who have been assaulted but who didn't file a report for fear of reprisal. And Tell that to the anti-racists who were assaulted during this past spring's "White Pride" march. Aryan Guard and W.E.B. members were photographed assaulting anti-racists. The police did nothing.

Tell that to the people who frequent the Jewish centre that was vandalized.

Tell that to the people of colour who were physically intimidated by members of the Aryan Guard on the C-Train.

Tell that to the people complaining about members of the Aryan Guard flagrantly violating the terms of their release (Bill Noble, for example) an the police doing nothing about it, thus emboldening Aryan Guard members who then escalate their criminal activities. Like, oh we don't know, creating bombs.

We've been TELLING people these truths for years. Now they finally appear to be listening.

Better late than never.

Now, once McKee and the "unnamed" minor are captured, will that be the end? Will the media and the police ignore the remainder of the Aryan Guard and W.E.B. members as they gear up for reprisal attacks?

We ask Calgarians, and all Canadians, to hold the police and the media to the fire. Don't let them become complacent again.

UPDATE 1: One captured. McKee is still being sought.

Neo-Nazi bombing suspect nabbed
By DOUG McINTYRE, Sun Media
Last Updated: 24th November 2009, 10:05am

One of two suspects wanted in connection with the detonation of homemade bombs at a northeast apartment complex has been arrested.

Mounties in Portage la Prairie, Man., have arrested a 17-year-old youth, on warrants for attempted murder, possessing, making or controlling explosives, and possession of a weapon or imitation for a dangerous purpose, say Calgary police.

The teen, who can't be named under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was nabbed while getting off a bus in the Manitoba town last night at 6:15 p.m.

Saturday's detonation of two homemade bombs is thought to be linked to infighting between associates of a neo-Nazi group active in Calgary.

The founder of hate group Aryan Guard, 24-year-old Kyle Robert McKee, is the second suspect in the bombing and remains at large with warrants on the same charges.

He is described as 5-ft.-9, 140 lbs., with a slim build, blue eyes and shaved head.

Accused in Home Invasion and Attempted Murder of WWII Veteran Not What Boneheads Expected

Yesterday our newest friend Jonathan Kotyk posted the following on Stormfront:

Thankfully, the victim Ernest Côté is still tough as nails and was able to free himself from his bonds once the suspect had left; Mr. Côté was otherwise unharmed physically. Not surprisingly though, the folks on Stormfront jumped to what they thought to be an obvious conclusion:

Yep, has to be a person of color.

Meet Ian Bush, currently in custody and suspected of the home invasion and attempted murder of Ernest Côté. It should be noted that Bush is currently accused but has not been convicted, thus any time we will refer to him in relation to the crime that took place we will be certain to use the word "alleged" liberally.

Ian Bush is the president of Bush and Associates Consulting, though given how shitty the company's website is (and considering how shitty ours looks, we kind of think we write from a position of some authority on this matter) we aren't sure we would be very confident in Mr. Bush and co. Then again, the company is registered through on a federal government website, so there is that. We guess.

We also found that Mr. Bush led a fairly active life online through Twitter:

We spent some time reading through his tweets of the last month, and found some that are rather ironic considering Mr. Bush's alleged conduct:

Real soldiers.... like Ernest Côté

The alleged home invasion occurred on December
18, the day before this particular tweet.
We didn't go through every single tweet, but we did look at a month's worth of messages. If the boneheads had hoped that Mr. Bush was a leftist commie hippy, we think these messages might put a bit of a damper on that hope:

McKee Sentenced to Three Months and Prohibited From Driving Upon Release

Hot on the heels of our announcement (confirmed by a friend in the know) that McKee was now in custody in Regina, we learn in the msm more details, including the sentence:

REGINA — An alleged member of a white-supremicist group in Alberta — once accused of planting a homemade bomb outside a Calgary residence — received a jail sentence in Regina Friday for fleeing from police in 2009.

Kyle Robert McKee, 25, pleaded guilty to the flight charge while appearing at Regina Provincial Court Friday via closed-circuit television from the Regina Correctional Centre.

Update on Kyle McKee: March 30, 2010

We've been receiving bits and pieces of information concerning Kyle McKee who was recently released from the Calgary Remand Centre (he had been incarcerated on attempted murder and weapons charges, though those charges were dropped when McKee plead guilty to being in possession of bomb making materials). One message we received stated that McKee was seen speaking to a woman at an apartment complex and that McKee had grown out his hair.

Today McKee, or someone claiming to be McKee, posted a message on Stormfront today in the thread in which Paul Fromm announced McKee's release. We write, "someone claiming" based on the fact that Natalie S. had posted a couple of messages in February using McKee's Stormfront account. So how can we be sure that it is McKee this time?

Well the functional illiteracy pretty much confirms that it is McKee writing (friendly suggestion, Kyle, is that you let Natalie S. proof read your posts before you publish them).

McKee appears to be pretty smug, doesn't he? But then considering he has beaten attempted murder charges and weapons charges, isn't permitted to associate with two people only (the target of the bombing and his then 17 year old co-accused) and he only has a single year of probation, we don't know if we can blame him.

Except....

Turns out, there are a few other conditions imposed on McKee. First McKee has been given a 10 year firearm prohibition. Second, and more interesting, is that it's been reported that one of the conditions for the Crown dropping charges was that McKee would provide information about his fellow travellers. As the charges were dropped, we can only assume that he lived up to his side of the agreement.

McKee (left holding gun) with Tyler Lupkoski, July or August 2006

The waters are still a little muddied for other "White Nationalists." While Paulie was trumpeting McKee's release on Stormfront, he was doing so on his Facebook page as well. It appears that not all completely trust that McKee is completely innocent of the crimes for which he was charged, a double sin considering he was accused of attacking other members of, "the Movement":

The entire truth hasn't come out yet? It seems that Paulie might know more about the case than he's made known. Perhaps he'd be willing to sit down with police investigators and provide them with that information? After all, we can't have people bombing others now, can we? And goodness knows that Paulie, as a well-respected member of, "the Movement" would not want to be associated with such unsavoury criminal activities.

Paul Fromm marching with Aryan Guard, March 21, 2009

As for McKee, he writes that, "the boots are back on the ground and and we are giveing [sic] this city HELL." Kyle, who is "we"? From what we determine, most of the founding members of the Aryan Guard have left. Ryan is gone. So is Dallas. We can't see Rob having anything to do with you. Bill Noble, while celebrating your release, is the moderator of a forum for an Edmonton based "group" (though it might be a stretch to say they're organized to any significant degree) that can't stand you or the Aryan Guard. You've got Marleau still, but really what is he worth? At best, you have a few teenagers.

That doesn't mean that you can't still get into, or cause, some trouble, but it does mean that the Aryan Guard and any new movement you try to start are lame ducks.

McKee Update #2: Court Appearance and Claims of Innocence

Looks like there's not much love lost between Kyle "Rat Face" McKee and his former friends, now members of W.E.B.:

But more to the point, McKee made his first court appearance where we learned that a special prosecutor has been assigned to the case:
Special prosecutor appointed to Aryan Guard caseUpdated: Tue Dec. 29 2009 18:36:13
CTVcalgary.ca
The province has appointed a special prosecutor to the trial of Kyle Robert McKee.
McKee made his first court appearance Tuesday morning.
He is a white supremacist accused of two counts of attempted murder after an improvised explosive device was detonated in northeast Calgary earlier this month.
The 24-year-old is a veteran member of the Aryan Guard, a controversial group that has staged a number of marches and rallies in Calgary.
His lawyer will seek bail for his client.
McKee will be back in court January 5.
A special prosecutor usually deals with cases that are particularly sensitive and complex.
The revelation that a special prosecutor has been assigned the case is especially interesting and, at this point, we won't speculate as to the reasons why.

Not that he doesn't have his supporters. John Marleau has referred to McKee as a, "prisoner of war" on the Blood & Honour forums, much to the confusion of the other members of the forum:

Of course one would have to discount the evidence such as bomb making materials allegedly found in McKee's residence. Then again, if McKee didn't commit the act, then perhaps someone with more of a motive did do it. Such as the individual spurned by a woman who was targeted (along with Sturrup) with the pipe bombs.

Like, oh, we don't know, John Marleau:

For all we know the status update could be the lyrics to a bad RAC song, but we think it's quite telling about Marleau's character and perhaps knowledge concerning the attempted murder.

We're so looking forward to the trial.

Kyle McKee Update: They Got Him

We said it was a matter of time, and we were right.

Kyle McKee was arrested in Winnipeg.

MCKEE ARRESTED IN WINNIPEG
From: Emma Poole
The Winnipeg Police Service, with assistance from the CalgaryPolice Service, has arrested a man wanted since November fortwo counts of attempted murder.

More information to follow. In the meantime, if anyone has any information on the residents of the home in Winnipeg where he was hiding out we would be very interested.

And to answer some questions posed to us, sadly no, on this the mainstream media did beat us to the story.

However, time for some educated speculation on out part.

Some boneheads close to the Aryan Guard were from Winnipeg. And we know that although they moved to Calgary that there are still people they know who lived in Winnipeg. We wonder if there's a connection?

We also know that John Marleau, basically the main cause for the events that transpired, has links to Winnipeg. And Jason Harley, a former Aryan Guard member who attended their first "White Pride" march in Calgary in 2008 now lives in Winnipeg as well.

McKee Update

So far no news about McKee to speak of, though Bill Noble's Facebook certainly sounds a bit ominous:

The Valkyries Came Down From A Bloody Sky To Take His Soul When He Died Now In Valhalla He Is On His Throne With Other Fallen Warriors, He's Not Alone

In the meantime, McKee's 17 year old accomplice, who turned 18 recently (and thus confirming for us the identity of the youth) made a court appearance earlier in the week:

Special prosecutor assigned to neo-Nazi linked bombing case

Last Updated: 1st December 2009

The alleged neo-Nazi youth charged with a potentially deadly Calgary bombing made his first court appearance yesterday.

The teen, who can’t be named, did not speak during the brief proceeding, in which duty counsel Cathy Lane-Goodfellow asked that his case be adjourned until next week.

Outside court, Lane-Goodfellow said providing there is no conflict with the youth’s adult co-accused, she expects her office will take the case.

Crown lawyer Marlo MacGregor told youth court Judge Karen Jordan that Rajbir Dhillon, from the special prosecutions office which handles gang-related matters, will be assigned to the case.

The accused, now 18, faces a half-dozen charges, including two of attempted murder in connection with an incident Nov. 21, outside a Pinridge-area apartment complex.

Two home-made bombs exploded harmlessly in a parking lot after they were discovered by occupants in a target residence and tossed away.

A 29-year-old female who lives in the apartment said she heard noises on her balcony and allegedly found Aryan Guard founder Kyle Robert McKee lighting what she believes were pipe bombs.

A police spokesman said the devices would have been deadly had they not been thrown into the parking lot.

“The persons would have been killed had the device not been thrown from the residence,” said Staff Sgt. Keith Cain.

While the youth remains in custody, McKee is on the lam from the law, having evaded arrest in Saskatchewan last Wednesday after being pulled over by Mounties.

McKee, 24, who is wanted on Canada-wide warrants for attempted murder, was parked in a truck on a gravel road south of Regina about 2 p.m. when RCMP approached the vehicle.

He identified himself and showed his Alberta driver’s licence.

But when the Mountie returned to his vehicle to check his name, McKee and a youth with him sped away.

The youth in custody was arrested in Portage La Prairie, Man., two days earlier.

Aryan Guard Collapse Fallout and Aftermath Part III: Backbiting and Threats

Earlier we mentioned how the Aryan Guard, which claimed to have disbanded in the middle of the week, has decided to ride out the storm. In reality, the old guard of the racist gang have likely moved on and it's the younger, more violent, less intelligent (if that is at all possible) members have taken over. What is most interesting is that at least some Aryan Guard members appear to be in contact with Kyle McKee, currently being sought on attempted murder charges. On his Facebook page, it looks like McKee has provided access information to an ally and is in communication with that person:

So, who is in contact with McKee? We're sure the police would be very interested, Natalie.

When it comes to the decision not to disband the Aryan Guard, Bill Noble has decided to address some questions, including suggestions that he take over leadership of the gang:

Noble is trying to sound conciliatory, however there is a great deal of animosity in the ranks of the former Aryan Guard. One young member and Marleau discuss the issue briefly on Facebook:

One of the people he's talking about, at least in part, is Noble:

However, that doesn't stop others from calling Marleau out, as evidenced by his further need to respond to accusations:

Marleau also addresses the issue of the "White Pride" march that he claims is still being planned and the issue of who is real and loyal:

But, just so our readers don't think that this is a squabble occurring only within the ranks of the broken Aryan Guard, we would point to the fact W.E.B. has decided to weigh in. Tyler Sturrup (one of the targets of the pipe bomb attack), using Robert Reitmeier's Stormfront account, posted the following statement:

We especially enjoy his statement that, "W.E.B word is law" considering the intellectual abilities of the W.E.B. brain trust. Case in point, Sturrup (pictured along with Reitmeier) spent months in jail, missing the March 21, 2009 White Pride fiasco. Why was he in jail? Because he stole a lobster from a Chinese grocer then pulled a box cutter on the person who stopped him. And why did he try to steal a lobster? He had stolen another earlier in the day and wanted to watch the two fight in his bath tub.

Genius, he ain't.

And if anyone thinks that the members of W.E.B. will be able to organize getting out of bed on time, never mind a march through the streets of Calgary, the former Aryan Guard don't have a hell of a lot of faith in them either to do something "useful" like "bomb a synagogue of muslim temple [sic]":

To which a nervous Marleau replies:

We're sure they do, but so do we, so we'll share your concerns with the our readership.

In all honesty, there is reason to be concerned. Back biting within the remnants of the Aryan Guard with the new "leadership" taking a decidedly violent and threatening tone, all the while in a conflict with the equally violent W.E.B. gang. Both groups claim they will take their, "activism" to the streets and off the Internet. Both groups have people who have been charged with and/or convicted of numerous crimes, including assault and attempted murder. Both groups have stated they will begin targeting minorities in the city of Calgary.

The police need to step up and deal with these people before someone is seriously injured or killed. McKee was building pipe bombs and amassing a supply of weapons. There's no reason to doubt that others in both gangs have done the same. And while their violence might take the form of targeting one another, we do fear for any innocents caught in the cross fire.

We had been warning people about the Aryan Guard (and the splinter gang, W.E.B. soon after we became aware of it) for years. We were right about them. Now, we're warning that the danger has not decreased and, in fact, may very well escalate.

Put these people away.
