Aryan Guard Collapse Fallout and Aftermath Part I

Sadly, we were premature when we reported that McKee may have been captured. However, it wont be long.

We are concerned however, that McKee might not plan on being arrested quietly. Bill Noble wrote the following status update on Facebook:


The friend with the big heart would likely be McKee (and who can think the dumb one is anyone other than Marleau). What concerns us is the part describing an, "impromptu ride to Valhalla." Does McKee, who's known to have guns, plan on going down in what only a bonehead would think an honorable way; a gun fight? Speculation, but to those who come across McKee, be they civilians or police, be careful.

Marleau seems to think he can pick up where he left off. He was back posting on Blood and Honour forums not long after he was released. He did mention the incident in a post and tried to pass himself off as someone who is blameless:


Bill Noble, however, seems to think there might be a reason why Marleau was released. Try to decipher the subtle visual hint that tells us that Noble believes Marleau may have sang to the police to save his own hide:


And it looks like Marleau's status as a proud member of Combat 18 might be on shaky ground:


Now, we've been receiving numerous comments of a threatening nature directed at Marleau. Most of them coming from his side of the ledger. We won't publish them, and believe us when we say they are pointed and specific in what the person leaving the comment would like to do to Marleau, for two main reasons:

1. It's probably illegal.
2. They're being posted by Nazis, so fuck 'em.

Oh, and as for Marleau being cleared and charged dropped, we have a sneaking suspicion, given that he's not allowed to leave the city despite his desperate efforts to do so, that Marleau is totally in the clear.

The Aryan Guard was not alone in the city and while it's destruction was inevitable, there is at least one more group, albeit small, that needs to be dealt with. W.E.B. is not poised to become the group that disaffected youths gravitate to, and they might actually be worse than the Aryan Guard. Robert Reitmeier, himself charged with attempted murder in 2006 (charges appear to have been stayed) and the victim of a shooting in what is believed to be a criminal business deal gone very badly, posts the following on Stormfront:


So on the downside, we have a group, more violent than the Aryan Guard, who plan on continuing the "White Pride" marches that have given the city of Calgary a bad name. On the plus side, the brain trust of W.E.B. make the members of the Aryan Guard look like Rhodes' Scholars. Tyler Sturrup is in and out of jail. The members of W.E.B. are viewed with even greater disdain by others in the White Power movement in Canada due their association with the drug trade and petty crime. And as for Reitmeier, well, why don't we remind you what this paragon of Aryan pride is all about:



And yes, those are tattoos on his face. You'd be forgiven if you thought that they were drawn on his face with a Sharpie marker shaky hand and that no human could be stupid enough to mutilate himself like this. Clearly, you don't know Robert Reitmeier.

We give them a year before they go the way of the Aryan Guard.

Finally, we had mentioned that Paul Fromm, by his encouragement and tacit support of the Aryan Guard and their activities, bore some responsibility for the damage done by this group and by the splinter group W.E.B. Many of the people involved in both groups are children and Fromm, a former teacher, had a moral responsibility as an adult and former teacher to say that their behavior was unacceptable. He didn't do that. Now, Paulie is faced with the consequences.

An independent observer from the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP and a member of the force's office of investigative standards and practices were in Nanaimo, B.C., on the weekend in the aftermath of a fatal shooting by police of a purported white supremacist.

The Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit says its officers continue their investigation into the death Friday of 48-year-old Jeffrey Hughes.

Hughes was fatally shot following a standoff with RCMP officers responding to a noise complaint. He was shot after he came out with what police say appeared to be a weapon.

An inspector from the Victoria Police Department is also monitoring the investigation.

Hughes was a member of a white supremacist group called Northwest Front Canada, according to the Vancouver Sun.

Some online postings from related organizations accused the police of killing Hughes because of his political affiliations, a charge denied by police.

RCMP spokesman Sgt. Peter Thiessen said the man's death was "no execution and when all the facts are made public it will become apparent what happened."

Last month, the B.C. Association of Chiefs of Police asked the province to create an independent unit to investigate deaths involving police and serious allegations against officers, in order to ensure public confidence in such investigations.

The province did not commit to creating such a unit.

Those, "online postings from related organizations" accusing the police of a politically motivated assassination refer primarily, though not exclusively, to Stormfront where there is not one, but two threads concerning the incident. Some of the posters of Stormfront are referring to the shooting of an, "act of war":


Perhaps this is as good a time as any to remind our readers, and any Alberta law enforcement officer, that Bill Noble (Leto Atreides II) is in violation of the terms of his release and has been since the day he was released from prison.

The racists on Stormfront are painting Hughes as a mild, passive and non-violent individual. And certainly not someone who had a firearm. OdinPatrick, the moderator of the Canadian forum on Stormfront and who had been with Hughes on October 16, makes the following claim when he was still uncertain that it was Hughes who had been shot:

I hope you have your information wrong NHV, and it was some indian they shot. If it's Jeff, then I just lost a friend and my condolences to his family. Last time I talked to him he was just telling me he lives in a Ghetto, and that his building is full of indians and blacks and they play their music all night long. I don't understand this, he doesn't have any guns, and doesn't even carry a knife or pepper spray, and when I was in Vancouver, he discouraged me from carrying "dog/bear/pepper" spray because he doesn't believe in using weapons for defence or something like that. Obviously the RCMP female officer who shot him believes in weapons, it sounds like he may slapped her and he was shot 10 times for that offence.

However, in another news article concerning Mr. Hughes, a neighbour claimed that he did possess weapons:

She did see a Nazi flag on his apartment wall and several guns. She didn't take his neo-Nazi interests seriously and wasn't concerned about in his guns

The same woman made the following statement concerning the shooting itself:

David had no doubt that the officer who shot Hughes had no choice.

"They couldn't stop Jeff, he went off his rocker. This is just this one night. It was an ongoing thing for months here."

Now this woman isn't someone with a grudge against Hughes. In fact it appears she believed he was harmless, and even liked him in spite of his neo-Nazi beliefs which she claims he never tried to force on her. That being said she also believes, based upon how Mr. Hughes was acting, that the shooting was justified. She's not happy about Hughes' death and has no agenda that she's trying to promote unlike the folks on Stormfront or, for that matter, us.

That there needs to be a police statement about this incident is a given. We hope for a statement in the coming days. Such a statement will not mollify the extremists who have already made up their own minds concerning the shooting of Jeff Hughes, though Bill Noble does suggest that allowing the people who have already prejudged the police as political murderers to take over the investigation:


We're not entirely certain if Noble was being serious here.

Again, violating terms of his release for almost two years now. We're just say'n.....

We don't really know what transpired. We hope to know soon.

September 2009 Bits and Bites Part II: The "Fairness Fairy" Saga.... Continues?

We published an article concerning the revelation (snicker) that the "Fairness Fairy" was claiming to be a CHRC mole.... er.... whistleblower (snort). Jay Currie, Mr. Kathy Shaidle and the lost souless voids of FreeDom promptly published the information. Today, Stormfront moderator OdinPatrick followed suit:

We surmised that the, "Fairness Fairy" may, in fact, be Marc Lemire himself given that he used the pseudonym "Veritas-Canada" on Wikipedia and "FairnessFairy2" was a known sockpuppet of his that he also used to edit his own Wiki entry.

Well, the Fairness Fairy promised more revelations to prove that he was, in fact, a CHRC mole (damn, we mean whistleblower) that would be published on Saturday:


Nothing was forthcoming on Saturday (surprise, surprise) and today, when one goes to what was once the "Fairness Fairy" blog which had been active since 2006:


You get the feeling that the people who were all giddy about the thought that the "Fairness Fairy" being legit might be a bit deflated now? You get their hopes up, then no promised money shot.

And they wonder why most people consider them to be rubes.

An Enemies List to Actually Be Concerned About

BigCityLib posted an article yesterday concerning a freedom of information request for Jennifer Lynch's "enemies list." What the speechies got was in reality a collection of media clippings. And they were sooooo hoping to be on an enemies list, as if that would somehow bring some sort of meaning to their lives.

Well never you fear speechies. There is, in fact, at least one enemies list that has been created. This list contains names, photographs, email addresses, work and home addresses, phone numbers, and a great deal of other information.

And where can you find this enemies list?

The hate website Stormfront:

Ms. Lynch and a host of other CHRT and CHRC members, both past and present, are listed here. The check marks signify that information has been gathered and posted on the site. In addition to the publicized professional and personal information, other Stormfront members have posted comments. A selection:

....It's already been conceded by our government that employment equity is the unequal treatment of Whites. The government has has to take the position that White males are less equal than other people or else employment equity would be unfair.....

....This database will be valuable when they truth comes out and all of the criminals can have their day in a REAL court for the violation of our right to free speech, and the expression therein....

....She believes that "not accepting diversity" is tantamount to hate. She believes the refusal of any indentifiable groups into our communities is hate as well. Therefore, your freedom of expression to oppose your community being flooded by AIDS infested Africans are outweighed by the right of those AIDS infested immigrants to live without "hate". ....People with the last name "******" are allegedly direct descendants of Muhammed. So we know she's a race traitor....

And so on. OdinPatrick even later references, "The Lynch Mob" blog and the alleged Jennifer Lynch enemies list that doesn't exist:

OTTAWA - Richard Warman has settled his federal human rights complaint about Internet hate posted by a Coquitlam man. 

As part of a mediated settlement, Ciaran Paul Donnelly of Coquitlam agreed to permanently close his account on Stormfront, a U.S. website through which the hate messages were distributed, and ask to have his earlier postings deleted. He has also agreed to pay $1,000 in damages for making veiled threats against Warman and posting a picture of a sign reading: "The Church of Dead Warman." 

Terms of the settlement, which prohibit Donnelly from posting further hate propaganda on the Internet or engaging in additional retaliation against Warman, will be registered with the Federal Court of Canada. 

Donnelly, who posted his messages under the user name "Der Totenkopf" -- the death's head insignia of the German SS -- is a well-known figure in the Canadian neo-Nazi movement. 

He was a leading member of Western Canada For Us, a now-defunct Alberta-based neo-Nazi group that included Glen Bahr and Peter Kouba, against whom Warman has filed successful human rights complaints for Internet hate. 

Another member was Donnelly's sometime girlfriend, Jessica Beaumont of Calgary, known as "Jessy Destruction" on Stormfront. 

She was the subject of another successful complaint by Warman, who has had 10 complaints about Internet hatred upheld by the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal in recent years. 

Three of Warman's other complaints, including the one against Donnelly, ended in mediated settlements. 

Warman will donate most of the settlement money to a memorial education fund for the children of Kelly Morrisseau, an aboriginal woman whose 2006 murder in Gatineau Park, north of Ottawa, remains unsolved. The rest will go to the Canadian Anti-racism and Education Society.

The other problem is the claim that Mr. Warman rarely enters into mediation. Also not true as we can name at least two other cases where Mr. Warman has mediated with individuals whom he has brought complaints against. However, unlike the speechies who have used their names in their attacks on Mr. Warman, we will not publish their names and put them in any danger.

Criticism of Bill Noble on Stormfront? Say It Ain't So!

Bill Noble likes to style himself as an intellectual in the "White Nationalist" movement. So when asked to do an interview with CTV Winnipeg, Billy leaped at the opportunity:

Of course "Blitzkrieg 1942" was roundly criticized by the other posters and his views were not in the majority. However we do find it interesting that OdinPatrick, a man who claims to support freedom of speech, felt so nervous about the thread started by Blitzkrieg 1942 that he moved it to the Sustaining Member's forum. There, Noble himself decided to chime in on the discussion:

They reduced that to 'hundreds in Manitoba'. I also specified that many WNs were geared towards taking back all formerly White countries, while others like myself favor a breakaway state. They made it sound like most WNs prefer a breakaway state. Talking with MSM types is always a gamble... Interestingly enough, they asked a sketchy question along the lines of "... Could you tell us what you are not?" I pointed out how broad the query was, and they beat around the bush some more. I cut to the chase and told them point blank that I was a National-Socialist - but I stressed that many, if not most, White Nationalists were not necessarily National-Socialist. In retrospect, I'm surprised they didn't jump at the opportunity to point out that I was a 'self-confessed Nazi' or something along those lines. Approximately half our conversation - the second half - was me describing in detail examples of how the media tended to distort things when discussing White Nationalism. I wonder if the verbal whipping I delivered might not explain a) how little of the interview they ended up using and b) the apparent restraint in doing a thorough butchering of the whole thing. Yes, they did butcher it, but it could have been ten times as bad without too much effort on their part.

So Noble doesn't like the mainstream media filtering his message? We wouldn't normally link to a bonehead's rant, however we would like our readers to see how Noble appears when he's unfiltered:

Memories Come Flooding Back: Nazi Watch Canada Active Once More

We have some very fond memories of Nazi Watch Canada. In fact one of our main contributors used to write for that particular blog. The folks at NWC began their blog in response to a Canadian version of Redwatch posting information on anti-racist activists and after OdinPatrick, Canadian moderator on Stormfront, outed an anti-racist in Halifax.

If the struggle between NWC and Canadian Redwatch were compared to that of a boxing match, NCW would have been Joe Louis and Canadian Redwatch would have been a blind puppy with only one leg.

Eventually, Canadian Redwatch was convinced of the wisdom of shutting down operations. NCW, magnanimously, also put their blog on ice with the caveat that any effort to revive Canadian Redwatch would be met with the reactivation of Nazi Watch Canada.

Guess what happened?

So now the folks at Stormfront have their undies all in a bunch and are trying to figure out ways to get the site shut down:





Isn't it interesting that "free speech" advocate Paul Fromm is pushing for NWC to be shut down? Of course we all know that Fromm really isn't in favor of free speech for everyone. No, he expects to be able to permitted to speak (and write) freely about "the usual minority termites" as well as to defame individuals such as Richard Warman with impunity. But the moment someone has the temerity to call him and the people he hangs with on their bs, well, we can't allow THAT to happen, now can we?

Looks like Tomasz Winnicki has taken it upon himself to become Kathy Shaidle's press agent. He is again promoting Ms. Shaidle, this time her upcoming recent speaking engagement in London, Ontario (home of Winnicki who proudly boasts of himself as the city's biggest hater) on both VNN and here on Stormfront:

“The State cannot lawfully deny the rights of the people”

And who is Mr. Lindsay? Well, here is how his supporters view him and his views on "personhood" and the legality of taxes. And here is how his actual arguments pan out when in court:

Kelowna resident fined and jailed for not filing tax returns

Kelowna, British Columbia, November 26, 2008... Kelowna resident, David Kevin Lindsay, also known as David-Kevin: Lindsay, was sentenced in Kelowna Provincial Court on November 24, 2008, to 150 days in jail and fined $5,000, payable by April 30, 2012. Lindsay was convicted June 26, 2008, of failing to comply with a requirement to file his 1997 to 2001 personal income tax return. Lindsay was also ordered by the court to file these returns by June 30, 2009.

When people are convicted of failing to file tax returns, in addition to any fines imposed by the courts, they must still file the returns and pay the full amount of taxes owing, plus interest owed, as well as any civil penalties that may be assessed by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Individuals who have not filed returns for previous years, or who have not reported all of their income, can still voluntarily correct their tax affairs. They will not be penalized or prosecuted if they make a full disclosure before the Agency starts any action or investigation against them. These individuals may only have to pay the taxes owing, plus interest. More information on the Voluntary Disclosures Program can be found on the CRA's website at www.cra.gc.ca/voluntarydisclosures.

Don't you loose a little bit of credibility when you claim that you can not be jailed for failing to pay your taxes, then you're jailed for not paying taxes? At least one of the (slightly more) astute Stormfront members has noted this:

Of course common sense hasn't stopped the true believers, such as Bill Noble, from adding their support:

Truer words have seldom been written, however Noble isn't admitting to his diminished humanity. Rather, the whole concept of "personhood" is tied to Lindsay's rationale concerning the authority of the state over "soverign" citizens. Noble himself has a lot riding on this argument as it is also part of his justification for not abiding by the terms of his release.

When OdinPatrick suggests that Noble might not be being entirely rationale, Noble responds:

So let's get this straight. The proof that Lindsay is correct and that Canadians can not be imprisoned for paying taxes is that Lindsay was imprisoned for not paying taxes in order to shut him up and prevent him from telling everyone the truth?

Bill, if someone from Nigeria sends you an email asking for help getting millions of dollars into an offshore account and says he's willing to pay you a percentage, we suggest you go for it.

This scam is simply part of a larger North American movement of fringe tax protesters. The cases where these arguments have been attempted in the United States provide quite an insight as to their level of success....... nil to none. Or you can read about one of Lindsay's earlier efforts and note the same outcome.

OdinPatrick Get's a Cookie

Richard Moon issued his report on the Canadian Human Rights Commission and he advocated that section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act should be repealed. We're not going to go into the entire report deeply, but if you're interested in a good analysis go to BigCityLib's blog.

One would think that the racist right would be celebrating this. One would be wrong. In fact, some have come to realize that based on Moon's recommendations, things could actually get even worse for them. OdinPatrick, the Canadian Stormfront moderator, states:

As we know that the racist right is fond of all things German (at least German of a certain era in history involving goosestepping and bad moustaches), we'd like to introduce them to a word that often defines our member's attitudes towards the trials and tribulations of the racist right.

Schadenfreude.

November Odds and Ends

Those of us who participate in gathering information and writing articles for Anti-Racism Canada have been very busy this month, though our business is more a matter of our rather full and hectic lives than anything the far right are up to. November has been filled with hockey practices and piano lessons for our children, vacations to Spain, and getting marks ready for midterm report cards.

It helps that the activities of the far right have been pretty low key too.

So, we thought we'd write a short blurb about what has been happening over the last couple of weeks.

Terry Tremaine was in the news again today as the federal court upheld the ruling against the former University of Saskatchewan lecturer in which Tremaine was found guilty of human rights violations. Tremaine is also soon to be on trial for criminal charges related to his online postings, primarily on Stormfront and his own website. This news was greeted with the usual reaction of the far right as Canadian Stormfront moderator "OdinPatrick" speculated on the faith of the presiding judge:

Is Judith Snider Jewish? She appears to be a "champion" donor for the Canadian JFSA (Jewish Family Service Agency)

Paul Fromm is in favor of free speech. Unless it involves criticizing him

Paul Fromm styles himself as a free speech proponent. Others characterize him as a supporter of extreme ideologies such as those espoused by groups such as the Canadian Heritage Alliance, Northern Alliance, Aryan Guard, and other racist groups. Fromm's supporters also claim to uphold freedom of speech as a virtue.
Not surprisingly, their rhetoric doesn't always live up to it's promise.

Such is the case in a recent thread on Stormfront in the Canada section. In it, the participants argue discuss the best way to improve Fromm's Internet radio show that occurs nightly on Stormfront Radio. Having listened to the show, we suggest a new host because Fromm is just awful, but we're more interested in what John Beattie had to say:

Everyone is being ever so polite. The great one in question [Paul Fromm] simply does not want anyone else to be heard, or notated, other than himself. Always was his way, and always will be his way. Gads I never thought others too would see this light of day. Pompous one man shows line pockets, but do not contribute one iota to saving our race. You can not drive a car with a license ending in 88, and wave the Union Jack at the same time, unless you are a huckster.

Aryan Guard March and a provincial election

A member of the Aryan Guard (Jason Harley) posting as "harley1488" the following (spelling, punctution, and gramatical errors left as posted):

On the 21st of March, The Aryan Guard will be participating in a march and Rally in the streets of Downtown Calgary. White Pride World Wide (AKA "Harmony Day") day is a day to show the pride that you have for our white race. there will be NO Swastikas, SS, or any Nazi symbols present. only the Celtic Cross flag will be flown. More Infighting

Thomas Trenerry was banned from Stormfront for making threats, including death threats, against other users. Trenerry, posting as 'Canadian caucasian', was engaged in a long running dispute with another user who posted as 'KillerTomato'. Trenerry accused KillerTomato of being an informant and stated as such on the forum. He also sent private messages threatening this and other users. The infraction incurred by Trenerry and issued by 'OdinPartick' resulted in this exchange:
